DesignFullPrint sells apparel and houseware with unique designs worldwide.

Production takes 5-7 days.

Depending on the delivery method the shipping times vary for different countries:
- USA: 10-25 days
- Canada/UK/Australia: 14-25 days
- Rest of World: 25+ days

DesignFullPrint provides tracking numbers for their orders, which you can check on the tracking portal.

You can modify your order only within 24 hours of purchase.
You should contact DesignFullPrint on their website or via their support email at support@designfullprint.com.
Please note that if you purchase personalized products, you have to notify DesignFullPrint by email within 12 hours since payment.

Since the products at DesignFullPrint are printed and unique, returns and replacement are available only if the products meet the conditions below:
You can request a return or replacement within 5 days of receipt of the product:

• - if it has been damaged;
• - if the printing quality is blurry;
• - if the material is not as described on the website;
• - if the design or size of the product differs from your order.

When ordering, please consider the product material in the item description as DesignFullPrint does not accept returns if you are not satisfied with the quality of the material.

Furthermore, refund and returns are not accepted if the item’s delivery is unsuccessful due to the customer’s fault (customer absence at delivery, wrong shipping address, loss of items due to security of customer’s living area).

Always contact DesignFullPrint before sending anything back.

To receive a refund, you should contact DesignFullPrint and provide a package label and recording of the process of unpacking for evidence. Note that personalized and customized items are non-refundable but only allowed for replacement.
