To whom it may concern:

My name is Becky Nadeau. I am a loving mother of two beautiful young boys, Jasper and Cyrus Nadeau. On December 9th, 2016 the department of children and families came to my home about a 51a that had been filed. I let them in my home and told them I believed I knew who filed this. I knew it was a women named Michelle Fonceca. I just asked her to leave my home the day before because my landlord did a background check and let me know she wouldnt be a good roommate. I was feeling that also as she tried to move her son and other family members in as well. She was here for all of about three and a half days. When she left, I went to clean out her room and found drug paraphernalia. I let the department know this. They asked me to do a drug test and have it supervised, saying it would strengthen my case, as there was probably gonna be an investigation. I had no problem with this and said I would do it after I met with my therapist for Abigail Dawes as she was coming for our weekly meeting for an hour and a half. About 10 minutes after Abigail left I got my sons off the bus as usual, and a friend from the neighborhood came in with us to help me put in a new cable box. The department returned with police and said they were taking my sons and to pack them a bag. I was on shock didn't even think to ask if they had a court order. I went to court Monday 8:30am with a copy of the supervised screen, almost every paper that came home with my children from preschool and daycare which stated there well being, a letter from my landlord a registered nurse of over 20 yrs, and a copy of the report from Abigail who I meet with weekly for parental support. She is also a licensed social worker. The court did not let me in until almost 4 pm and said they appreciated my patience but gave custody to the department. I had multiple court hearings and long days in court leading to a closure of the 72hr hearing on I believe January 28th, 2017. The judge actually gave the department custody. I have been clean for over 3 yrs. I have complied fully with the department. Also after the investigation was concluded the decision was "substantiated concern" which according to the dcf pamphlet means the children are not in any immediate danger. I recently had a foster care review on February 15th, 2017 and said the goal is reunification yet they don't know when. It's been almost 3 months I take regular supervised screens all with no drugs in them, I'm seeing a licensed drug councilor regularly, I am on 2 week take home suboxone, and have a large 3 bedroom apartment, that is clean and fully equipped with all the boys toys and clothes and shoes. I need help in getting my sons home, where they want and need to be. Why do they give you a pamphlet with the departments regulations and break them?

Thank you for your time I hope you can help me and my son's.

Sincerely,
Becky Nadeau

Its awful. I signed up for this website because I was subjected to the "baker act" for being upset how our evil government just took my driver license over something 15! years ago and severely disrupting my life. I could not imagine how awful it must be to have those evil bass tards kidnap your children. I was a young child in the 1970s before the government turned psycho tyrannical and we survived. My mom had issues and I could only imagine if it was 2022 instead of 1978. I would have been kidnapped by the state. No possible way that would have helped me. No way no how.

Get lawyer that specializes in child services. Spend all the money you have and can borrow, this is your sons LIFE. File complains with child services. Make records of everything, these people are NOT TO TRUSTED. Don't trust child services because they make money for taking children.

My 14 year old son was removed from the school on the first day and all i received was a phone call from a social worker stating they were taking custody. No paperwork was given to me or served. I still have not been given anything, they changed his school district and all I can get out of her is it will be at least 30 days before a court hearing. What should I do?
