Many Dangerfield customers have placed order and have no received any information or shipping details for weeks/months (I have been waiting 3 weeks and still have not received shipping details - paid for express postage). Emails, social messages and phone call are being ignored. They have taken people's money and cannot be contacted. Some have had refunds without contact others cannot make contact to request a refund. Multiple people have filed a report with ACCC. For some cancelled orders the items are being sold at original price compared to those who had a refund enforced apon them who purchased at sales prices. No one has been contacted and appears there are at least 150 trying to contact them yet Dangerfield continues to advertise daily.

You just need to look at their FB or Instagram to see all the angry people.

Desired outcome: They contact their customers and sort themselves out. Prioritising already placed orders before taking on more.

Yes this is my situation. Company have taken the money but no order, in fact they tell me they have "lost" my order but no further communication.

NOW AT A LOSS AS TO WHERE TO GO NEXT.

I live in New Zealand.
