To whom it may concern,
Refer to the attachment, the customer Chuan Hong Marketing S/B we are send by normal pos a few year, but start from Dec 2017 & Jan 2018 this two month, we received back from Pos Office and said that (alamat tidak lengkap), we are already confirm with my customer that address is definitely correct, so I call to Pos Malaysia Jinjang Branch at [protected] and ask for more information, finally I get the rude response from officer (male) and I did not get the proper help.
Officer : Mana saya tahu kenapa tidak sampai, itu masalah posman, posman tak dapat cari tempat itu sebab kembalikan surat, sana tulis alamat tidak lengkap maksud tidak lengkap.
I : Tapi alamat itu saya telah kirim berapa tahun pun tak ada masalah ini.
Officer : Bagi alamat yang kirim, (selepas saya bacakan alamat) Manatahu itu masalah posman.
I : so... ?
Officer : Masalah Posman tak dapat cari so kembalikan surat.
