I called the number and spoke at length to a "salesman." not a middle man, he said. I asked how the pill worked and he used 75 words when 10 would have done. When I told him I would discuss this product with my doctor, he became very defensive saying I would need the bottle to show to the doctor since the doctor would not know of the product. I explained that I was on a multitude of medications for arthritis and sciatic pain and that I needed to check with my physicians regarding the "medication he and the television were suggusting. I told him I would like to call him back after I talked to my physicians regarding the safety of my taking cylapril. As I continued to ask questions regarding the product, he hung up.

After having read the comments of others, I guess I really benefited by his hanging up.

I called this afternoon after I received the product. I had emailed my cancellation on June 3rd and June 6th, but they apparently ignored my emails. I told the representative that I wanted to speak with a supervisor but I had the same trouble that others have had. The supervisor was too busy and he has a thousand emails in his inbox. Sounds like to me that they need to get another supervisor. I told the rep I wanted to speak to someone in senior management and he said I had contacted that person by email. HA! Who has ever heard of a SENIOR manager who spends their days handling email cancellations?! That's absolutely ludicrous! Anyone who's worked in Corporate America knows that senior managers don't waste their time with these type of tasks - they designate it to someone else. If anyone knows who the CEO is I'd love to give that manager a piece of my mind!

I have had the same problems. $11.80 deducted (no product) $54.95 (no product) $61.90 (no product)... I have had to cancel my credit card but was told to dispute the charges at my local credit union and might be able to get some of the charges reimbursed. Next call will be to the NC Attorney General's office.

For those people out there researching this product before buying it... you do not have to order through this company but instead you can buy it locally at CVS drug stores, Walgreens, Duane Reade, Longs Drug Stores, HEB and Hannaford.

Skip the messy steps of ording online and just go buy some from the store, it's safer =)

I would advise to avoid like the Plague.
This Web site is Very tricky. Lots and lots of very small grayed out small print. That one time $9.95 trial offer will cost you lots of money if you don't cancel within 14 days. They don't mention that on the TV ad. On their Web Site in Very large print it says " If you're not 100% satisfied with the results of CylaprilT we will give you your money back guaranteed!". When you find out they charged your credit card $49.95 two weeks later they will say sorry we will not refund that amount. They will say you should have read the fine print; we will not refund your money. The funny part is that your trail package may not arrive until you have little or no time left to cancel before they start helping themselves to your credit line. I personally feel this is a very poor way to treat customers and terrible customer service. Had I liked the product and then discovered such deceptive business practices I would have canceled for that reason.

That is the best solution yet contacting the BBB and Attorney General and FBI because they are stealing money from accounts that is a federal offense. Please keep me informed and I will be glad to given them my complaints also. Because I was charged $126.85 for 3 month supply when I requested the 14 day trial and free book . I returned the two of the bottles they were unused and they recieved the delivery May 29, 2017 at 1:45 pm yet I have had seven different people tell me different refund information the last person was TIM he states"I tell everyone it takes 30-60days " but if you listen to what they say you supposenly have 60 money back guarentee then you are told you haev to cancel within 30 days and get a confirmation number . SO when is the FBI going to stop this company scam ? Also do you know at the bottom of the bottle it says that this product is not FDA approved .So how are they able to use this on people ? I did not sign up to be their guinea pig . This instutite needs SHUT DOWN ASAP and people need their money back . That is fraud, theift by decieption, credit card ripp off not sure what it is called but it is illegal . The website is rigged . The proper authorities need to stop these people. Wonder how many of them are running around with big fat accounts because of ripping us all off. And frauding the public on over the TV too and online.

That was what happened to me . I am still waiting for my refund they continue to lie to me about when my refund will be recieved. First it was quite rapidly, then it was in 5-7 business days, then 7-10 business days then we have 30 days to refund you. Also, they continually say they are logging information but then it all comes up missing. This product is not even FDA approved yet. This is suppose to be an instution . Hum, it is a productive scam . When will the attorney general step in and shut them down. I charged me 126.85 and continually lie. I wanted the adverstied 14 day trial and free book . So why is it ok for this company to rip off people ? When is someone going to step in and charge them with theft and false adversiting, and fraud ? If you noticed when you were getting ripped off they have a phone number for a call center ordering center, and then another for customer service and another for the adrendal fatigue instution . And if you reread you'll notice they lie all through their online website.

This company is a scam. They had some one from over seas Call Me about their promotion, the 14day free trial. I agreed and when I tried to call the # [protected] to cancell they had no record, so of course I couldn't cancell. They hen proceede to debit my acct for 139.85, telling me I know have to wait 30dys for a refund. I ACTUALLY had to call my bank to see if there was a contact phone # for the withdrawal. . I spoke to two of their customer service reps, if that's what you'ld like to call them. They were both VERY RUDE and IGNORANT. They would be Pamela and Patrick, I honestly believe they must work off of commissions. My acct was debited on the 20th of June and they tried to tell me it has all ready been shipped instead of trying to cancell the
order for me. This is a VERY SHADY COMPANY> NO ONE SHOULD DO BUSINESS WITH THEM . There is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE at all, and I hope that they get back what they give to there customer base. They have know have caused me to fall behind on my bills because of sneaky way in which they conduct their business.

Well you should have read the fine print, it tells you clear as day that you will be billed in 30 days if you don't cancel, so that's your own fault.

This also happened to me where they billed my credit card and they said they had permission to bill my credit card. I was under the impression that all I was going to get was a one time charge of $9.99
not an additional charge of $49.95. Deborah Peters

Hey, chris segur4a! If you paid attention to what the website says, like I did, you'd realize that the TOTAL COST is $38.98 per month. You buy 2 months for $60 each and get one free. $120 divided by 3 months equals $40 per month! Do the math, you chump. I can't believe the laziness and stupidity the users of this form display. I thank god I don't work for the BBB or an A.G. office if you're the type of ###s they have to deal with all day every day!

Idiots. The website clearly explains that the Cylapril is $49.95 and shipping is $6.95. Anyone with a brain could figure out that there was a mistake in the paperwork.

That is exactly what happend to me. I order the trial that came with the free book. A month later I received additional products from them and realized they charged my card $6.95 for the month supply and $49.95 for shipping! I went online to figure out what was going on and after searching page after page on their site, I finaly found in extremly small print at the very bottom of their website that if you purchased the trial that came with the book, you were automatically signing up to receive the product on a monthly basis. I have tried calling them since February to take care of this and have not been able to speak with anyone. I am calling the BBB and reporting this rip off company.

i too am a victim of this fraudulent piece of **** company. I placed my order during the last week of February. I never received anything and quite frankly I had forgotten about it. I checked my bank account and saw that $49.95 had been taken out for this product. I tried and tried to call and was told they had an "Unexpected high volume of calls, please try your call again". I did. Finally i was given a recording telling me i was "caller number 10" and had to wait for 30 minutes to get down to call #1. I told them what happened and they didnt care. I was told i could not get a refund, that they could reship the product. I live in mail order and never have I been refused a refund for a product not received. That is just good business practice. Aside from the fact that this Cylapril is nothing but some random herbs that do nothing for your adrenal system. I have been ripped off and feel so much anger. I support myself on student loans. I should have read these warnings before i placed this order. I didnt find these comments until it was too late.
DOnt order this product. You will be treated like a liar and be ripped off.

cylapril - also charged and no product..

But I tagged the telemarketer with the question "when does the trial start, now or when the product is received?" he said "when it's received." The conversation is recorded.

I was billed, the 9.95 for shipping... no product... then 49.95... no product... then 56 and some change..no product. I was on the phone for about 2 hours, between the cylapril people and the bank.

Seems that there was also a debit card faud charge added and the only place it could have come from was the cylapril people. Now my card is frozen ... luckly for me the bank is waving the 25.00 charge to get the new card expidited.

The charge shows as "AAAPLAT" with some numbers after. Looked it up on the internet and yes it is a debitcard scam.

Well the cylapril people are supposed to refund the 49.95 and then the 56 when I return the product that's supposed to be here (the second shipment they say.. no tracking number for the first one, though), then go on line and get the shipping charges refunded through some rebate site.

Yet.. when you go to the rebate site.. they want to charge your card, also for a trial time... and maybe.. just maybe get the money back.

PLEASE, BEWARE CYLAPRIL...

I have adrenal fatique and I know some of the ingredients mentioned in this product does help with fatique. It takes about a good three months to really see the results. But their business practices are WRONG. I'm sorry to hear what has happened to some of you . I hope
you can resolve your money problems with them otherwise contact the better business bureau or attorney general in your state. I just saw a newspaper advertisement for CYLAPRIL at a drug store called CVS . Try purchasing it from your local drug store and avoid this kind of headache.

Take care

This company blatantly rips off consumers. Their website is rigged to automatically overcharge the consumer for a significantly greater amount of money than their "come on" price of a $9.95 trial offer with free shipping. Their assumed business philosophy is to rope in as many unfortunates as possible with hopes that only a small percentage will seek legal recourse and refund through their financial institutions. This company is a bottom feeder who seeks to take advantage of the weight-challenged for their own profit by means of electronic theft. I encourage all victims to contact their state's Attorney General and Consumer Frauds division to eliminate this menace.

The terms and conditions are explicitly told to consumers as well as written on the website. You DO in fact get a full months supply with your order only to be billed on the 14th day as stated in the terms and conditions. It is also made known that if the order is not canceled by the consumer before the 14 day trial is up then they will be enrolled in the preferred customer program (autoship). It is not the employees problem if consumers do not pay attention to this at the time of order but all sales professionals who take calls for order are required to read from FTC approved scripts of the T&C's. All calls are recorded for quality assurance and they are reviewed by management to ensure that ALL employees are correctly performing at work. ANY OTHER QUESTIONS OR DISPUTES? I hope I cleared this all up for all consumers of this product.

Thank you,
Teresa

wow, I can't beileve I am hearing this bad news from free trial product offer at Cylapril Institute!

I already ordered the free trial on my hubby' debit card with limits, I can only hope and pray for a good experience, I don't want him to have a over draft fee for something I just wanted to try!

I am so sorry for what all you people out there had to go through.
