After FINALLY getting them to CANCEL me from their fraudulent company and fighting with my credit card company (which I had to cancel my credit card) they had the nerve to call me the other day to RE offer their services and product! I don't think the salesman on the other end of the phone could beleive how fast and plain I could explain that I have fraud complaints pending against the company he was representing! So beware all who fell for this scam the first time, because they WILL be calling you back with more GREAT offers! Their TV ads NEED to be stopped and their company closed!

I order a trial of this product for the agreed amount and was told on the phone that I would need to call to cancel within 14 days of the product being shipped and that the product would arrive within 3 days. First of all, the product didn't arrive for over 7 days and then my credit card was charged $86.94 on the 14th day from the date i originally called. I have called several times to get y money back and everytime I call, I am told either the person that pulls the calls is either very busy or on vacation and that I will need to call back, usually 4 days later. Each time I call back I am told the same thing. I asked to speak with the supervisor and am told I can not as the supervisor is too busy. Too busy to speak with a customer, I think not! Too busy ripping people off is what it is!

Yesterday, 2/16/2017, I found an unauthorized charge to my bank account for $162.98 by Cylapril, West Palm Beach, FL. I called my bank to get information, but found out it was paid as if a check had been presented from my debit card number. I found this web site and discoverd I am not the only one to have been taken by this outfit. I called their customer service number and was told that when I receive the product I should call back and will be given instructions to return the product at that time, and they cant refund me until it is received. I did try the product back in August of 2017, but told them I did not want to reorder in October, but they still continue to charge me and ship the stuff. Isnt there a way to stop this and recover the shipping charges as well? Gratefully, CSM Missouri

I also got online to get free Cylapril and paid shipping and handling of $11.80 and I have been charged for the month of May 18, 2017 $54.95 taken out of my checking account, and then on June 1, 2017, they took $61.90. Why are they taking money from me when I have no product or any reason for this. I guess my recourse is to get a lawyer and sue the company. I can't afford this. D.Watt

I was conacted by these people with an offer I accepted part of the offer arefused the other part of theoffers, aftermuch expense and being very angry they refunded my money. Then on June 10I was called again and was told about a new product if I would just test it for $4.80 I went into great detail about all expense and trouble they had caused me before and that they were authoized to just take $4.80 and out of my account, but that did not happen the samething occured a second time, so if they are doing this to me they are screwing millions of people out of money, I believe this is called crimial intent and shows a pattern and this is called class action. I light of this I am going to alert the BBB and the state attorney general to look into this kind of business practice I am pretty sure it is illegal to take money out of someones checking account without authorization and according to the bank this is common accourance for these thieves. Take me off of your calling list and mailing list

I ordered a 15 day trial of the company's product Cylapril, I tried the trial product for 13 days and did not see any improvement in energy, etc. I called on Sept. 1 to cancel the automatic 3 month supply reorder. I also went an email cancellation message to their customer service group on Sept. 2, day #14 of the trial. I was given a company RMA # and was told that they had shipped out the unwanted additional product. I told them that I would return the unopened product by UPS. I heard back from the company telling met that I would have to wait 2 billing cycles for a refund. I replied by e-mail the following message-" Since the product has been returned to you unopened and you have kept the $129.28 that you have debited from my account since early September. I respectfully request that you return $129.28 immediately. I received the 15 day trial on 8/20, I called to cancel any further orders on September 1, emailed cancellation as well on September 2, both cancellations occurred before 15 days. It is not acceptable for you to wait 2 billing cycles to return my money especially since you have already received unopened product back from me."
This is my complaint, Sincerely, Marie Ross

Product purchased from TV gave me a constant nausea feeling so I returned. When purchasing originally I told them not to send automatically but they did anyway and charged my debit card. I called and cancelled but that did not stop and customer service said someone must have punched wrong key( yeah sure). So next they said send back with RMA number as required. I did this and have post office confirmation number that they have received on Sept. 3 2017 at 1:25pm. Customer service said that after they receive product it will be about week to two weeks and money will be returned. Oct 1 called and they said we forgot to (punch in the RMA number again) and now you will have wait 1 or 2 billing cycles for the refund. I have followed every request to the letter and customer service has admitted serveral of their internal screw up's but I AM BEING BEING PUNISHED AND HAVE TO WAIT 1 or 2 billing cycles? ALso please note that the customer service agents are getting more "B hy" with every call and I hope anyone even thinking about doing business with this company THINKS AGAIN and saves their hard earned dollars.

After ordering from Cylapril and being offered a shipping rebate, the next month there is an 83.88 charge on the credit card. There was no indication from Cylapril that we were "joining" this service and by the time the charge appeard it was of course too late to cancel. And of course you can't get a refund because they buried the "permission" in some fine print somewhere. Beware, but don't know how to even know when an online product is going to do this to you.

I also have ordered from Adrenal Gland Institute. They were suppose to just charge $11.95 for shipping and handling. I of course paid that and then 1 week later was charged $54.95. I called and spoke with Mike and he told me I could cancel the Cylapril but wanted me to try a booster supplement that was free of charge to me. I said ok but didn't want any additional money coming out of my account. He assured me it would not. He also told me the booster supplement would come in the mail in 3-5 business days, but that has yet to arrive and that's been 2 weeks ago. Mike told me to call by July 9th to cancel again if I did not like the booster supplement but assured me I would LOVE it !
Well, I called back to cancel again and they told me that I was to call before july 9th not on the day, but I said that's not what I understood Mike to say. I also got charged more money from my account $61.95 to be exact. Well, they gave me a return code for when my product arrives. I asked what if the product doesn't arrive and she said it will.
Then I asked for coporate offices phone number and they refused. They said they have to protect them. I know it's in Florida per Bree with the customer service dept that they hire out to conduct the dirty work for them.
The Adrenal Gland Institue email to complain is info@adrenalfatiqueinstiute.com
So Please email them with your complaints. Also, start getting peoples names from customer service and blast it all over the internet ! They say they aren't fake names but not convinced of that...
Do not whatever you do order from Adrenal FAtique Institute, they are a scam and will rip you off...

I HAD TO WAIT, TWO DAYS LATER UPS SHOWED UP WITH THE CORRECT PRODUCT THAT I DO NOT WANT TO ACCEPT ANY MORE. If I had known about all these Cylapril complaints I never would have ordered it. I ordered it last week after seeing their ad in a weekly tabloid my mom gets. It seems like a great product, so after finding these complaints I called them to check on my order. I also told them about the Cylapril complaints circulating online, about them making unauthorized CC charges and not stopping the Auto Ship when requested to do so. The girl I spoke with assured me that as long as I call before Dec 21st with is my (14 day trial end date) I will have no problems in getting the Auto Ship & CC charges stopped. WE WILL SEE!

I, too was charged for shipping of 9.99, then another 56.90 and twice for 49.95 and did not receive the shipments except the trial offer and one other. Right now, I've been charged over $150.00 and not received and satisfaction by calling the company. I have cancelled the shipments and am going to file a complaint with credit card company.
The product may work, as I am definitely sleeping better and have more energy - but feel the scam comes from the over-charges and mis-representation of a 'weight-loss' product.

Boy I'm glad I read all these complaints before I tried out the product. Only reason I'm posting is because I know a way you never have to worry about places like this re billing your cards. No I'm not about to post a link to some web service. If you have Paypal you can use the service they offer, (I downloaded the paypal bar just so it'd always be available but thats not required.)

It generates a ONE TIME ONLY debit card number that pulls funds from your paypal account. After that one time the number invalid. So let those idiot companies try and charge you as much as they freaking want. It'll do them no good.

Beware of dealing with the Cylapril company. You get a so-called 14 day trial for a fairly high shipping charge. You need to read all of the fine print and even go to the FAQ to see what you're in for. Little do people realize that 14 days AFTER the company RECEIVES your order they charge your credit card an additional $54.95. If it takes 5 or 6 days for the product to get to you, you have only 8 or 9 days to try it out before you know it works or not.

The company is pretty much assured that you will call them too late to prevent the $54.95 from being charged to your credit card.

If you read the bottom of your invoice you might think you have 30 days to try the product and return it if not satisfied, and only after receiving a return authorization number. NOT TRUE! If you go to the site's FAQ, you will see that the refund does not apply to the trial order. Isn't that something! You have to really search to find this information.

This is not a reputable company. The product doesn't work and they get to keep your money if you take a risk.

I ordered Cylapril from a TV ad I saw. It said if you call, you'll get a month free and a booklet. When I called, the salesperson talked me into buying 3 months, and you get 3 months free and you have a month to try it, and if you don't like it, you'll get all your money back. I asked him more than once, I will get all my money back? I was told yes. He also told me he was sending me a 14-day supply of the Nighttime Cylapril to try. Well needless to say, I was charged $31.95 for this after only two weeks. And then I called within a month to return the Cylapril because I did not get any results. When I called, they tried to tell me they'd give me til June to try the product, and if I didn't like it, I'd get my money back. I was also told they'd refund the $31.95. I waited and waited, no refund. I called again, and asked about the refund. I was told a different story that I only had 14 days to call, and if I hadn't called within this time period, I'd be charged $31.95. So then I argued with him and said I'd contact a lawyer, and then he said, I'll give you half of it back. I said NO, I want all of it back. He said, you needed to return the product. I said noone told me I had to return the unused portion. So then I said I want to return all of it. And that I wanted to listen to my taped recording of the sales call because I was told one thing by the salesperson (basically lied to) and he was telling me something different. Suddenly his demeanor changed, and he said, if you want to listen to the tape, we can't send any money back to you. If you want your money back, then you have to promise not to listen to the tape. WHAT? I couldn't believe what I was hearing. I said that's it, I'm contacting a lawyer. He said, alright, send everything back and we'll refund the whole amount you paid, minus shipping. I did send it back, and guess what? Did not receive the full amount. So now I am pursuing this further and will contact a lawyer and get a copy of the taped conversation, etc. BEWARE! of CYLAPRIL! If anyone has any other advise for me as how to pursue them and get them shut down, please let me know. I think we should all take them to court and sue for damages and all of the money they've scammed from all of us by not following what they promise in their ads.

After seeing a commercial on TV, I ordered a one-time shipment of product on their advertised website. Received order & paid via debit card.
The company e-mailed me approx 4 transactions that I did not order. When I tried to reply to their customerservice e-mail address I received automatic responses that my e-mail did not go through.
I then went on-line with my bank & verified that they were autmatically withdrawing from my account and I had not received product nor had I ordered addtional product.
I called Cylapril on 6/5/09 and continuous busy signal until I finally received an automatic answer that the company was closed and to call back during business hours on Monday.
I then called my debit card company and filed a fraud complaint, and cancelled my debit card so no futher transactions can occur. They have stolen more than $300 from my account without my authorization.

On 6/3/09 I stupidly ordered Cylapril form a TV offer BEFORE checking this web site. Because the offer included a free-shipping clause, I felt I had nothing to lose. I received the order on 6/12 and immediately canceled any further shipments, receiving at that time my cancellation number. Number in hand, I went on line as directed in order to receive my 'FREE SHIPPING REBATE.' Because as of 7/21/09 I had yet to receive my rebate, I called the number again, only to learn that SOMEHOW, while answering the mountain of questions required to receive the rebate, I got signed up for something else. I then learned my account had been debited $83.88 !, which really hurts when one is on a fixed income of less than $1, 000.00 per month. It was a blessing and a fluke that I even called yesterday, and was 'graciously' offered a pro-rated return of $81.81, meaning they took $2.07. In addition to that, I have not yet received the $11.80 shipping rebate, totaling $13.87. FREE OFFER my butt.
My reason for tying the Cylapril offer had nothing to do with dieting, but because I've been tired a lot and was feeling low about that (bad time to order anything.)
To date I received no money back, and all I've gotten from this product is an education, a headache and probably ulcers.
The good news: shortly after ordering the product, I consulted my brother who went on line and found many all-natural remedies for ADRENAL FATIGUE.'

In closing, I would like to meet the person who is forming a pitchfork procession and join him at their headquarters. If any readers here live in Maine, how about a picket line?

(P.S. - VIDEO PROFESSOR might be a subsidiary of this company, as they have the same amoral business practices.)

Here is a copy of the written letter I sent to the Adrenal Fatigue Institute, by certified mail, on April 20, 2017;
I placed an order for the free trial bottle of Cylapril (which included the book, “Adrenal Fatigue”) about a month ago. I never received my order. I was charged $13.79 for that free trial and book, on 04/03/2017. My account was charged again for $54.95 on 04/17/2017, for what? I have not received any products from your company and yet I am being charged for it, again.
I want to cancel any future so called shipments, that I am obviously not going to get anyway and I want all my money refunded.
I expect to hear back from someone in charge promptly. If this matter isn’t resolved quickly I will be filling a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, for starters.
Then---
On April 22, 2017, just two days after I mailed the letter, I finally received my so called “FREE TRIAL”.
I got my green return slip from the certified letter I sent on the following Monday. It has no delivery day on it, I will have to go to the post office to find that answer.
I just got another email on May 1, 2017, saying that they are charging me $76.89. For what? I wrote to them telling them to cancel. What part of that don’t they understand?
These people are stealing my money, What can I do to stop it?
Well to start with I have just filled a complaint with the BBB and with the FTC. I'm just wandering if should also contact the FBI. What this company is doing is fraud plain and simple, and since it is crossed many state lines, shouldn’t be a federal matter?

Product (cylapril) not received. I orderd cylapril on March 20th, 2017. I ONLY have a 14 day trial period, before Adrenal Fatigue Institute starts billing me $54.95 plus shipping and handling of $11.40 a total of $76.30.Besides all of this how am I even going to know if I like this product, I only have 5 days left and I still haven't received it.
After you call to order cylapril Adrenal Fatigue Institute sets you up for some type of insurance? During my phone conversation when ordering cylapril, I said I wasn't interested... But, still got calls regarding this issue. I guess the up side of this is that they offer you a Gas Rebate. Sense I haven't received my cylapril, I dout I will receive my gas rebate. Good Luck! Signing off as a Sucker Hope they prove me wrong...

I had the same problem...I tried to get their "FREE TRIAL" they charged me $126.85 plus the shipping and handling, then when I called they said they couldn't find my account information. I called 3 days straight, finally they told me it had already shipped and that they couldn't do anything about it. What's up with that?! I thought they "couldn't find my information". They obviously had enough of my information to charge my card and refuse to take responsibility! Those who reply to people "Being overweight and not having motivation to going to the mailbox", Either haven't had this done to them, OR they scam people in the same ways!

cylapril - also charged and no product..

But I tagged the telemarketer with the question "when does the trial start, now or when the product is received?" he said "when it's received." The conversation is recorded.

I was billed, the 9.95 for shipping... no product... then 49.95... no product... then 56 and some change..no product. I was on the phone for about 2 hours, between the cylapril people and the bank.

Seems that there was also a debit card faud charge added and the only place it could have come from was the cylapril people. Now my card is frozen ... luckly for me the bank is waving the 25.00 charge to get the new card expidited.

The charge shows as "AAAPLAT" with some numbers after. Looked it up on the internet and yes it is a debitcard scam.

I was able to speak to the cylapril people - two different individuals and they both gave me different information- ([protected] & [protected]) and they are supposed to refund the 49.95 and then the 56 when I return the product that's supposed to be here (the second shipment they say.. no tracking number for the first one, though), then go on line and get the shipping charges refunded through some rebate site.

Yet.. when you go to the rebate site.. they want to charge your card, also for a trial time... and maybe.. just maybe get the money back. The last individual said to use the "contact us" button on the rebate site and state that I was uncomfortable with leaving my credit card information.. but she didn't know what they might say. And the only way to get the shipping charges refunded was to go through this site.

Also a restocking fee of $15.00 for a product I have not received. I'm not sure if that fee is being waived or not..

several different titles on the charges to my account but same phone numbers

This company is a scam, website states you can purchase 2 of their products get one free for $39.98 /month + s/h. Not true, you are prompted threw a series of extra offers, you answer no to all, and by the way this is after they have your billing information, (do not use debit card with these people) then when you get you confirmation number your bill is for 129.90 because they charge you for a three month supply. So in essence your not paying per month as you check off in order box, your are billed all at one time. Supposedly saving you money! If I wanted a three month supply at one time, I would of not checked off the box for 39.98/month plus s/h, duh!
Do not use a debit card, use a credit card, because your checking account will be held up till you get their order and return their product. And don't try to cancel order, they say it cannot be canceled till 72 hours later, which gives them time to take your money and ship their product, so you have to wait to mail it back to them.SCAM.
OF AND THEIR IS A RESTOCKING FEE OF $15.00! This is not written is their tiny little print at the end of their website.

the product does not work and the "rebate " offer seems to be bogus too . I went through 100 pages searching for the rebate offer and it did not exist . I have a suspicion that cylapril caused me to Gain weight, rather than lose, as their tv ads "guarantee ". My credit card was charged twce within the same month after the order . I am now trying to get the 2nd charge refunded, after mailing back the product . But I was told that the first $59.00 charge was not refundable, so, so much for the "NO RISK " claims ! I hope that this is the last time I'll fall for one of these "miracle" claims ! thank- you, michael mcconnell, boston, mass..

ordered the "free trial" paid the $9.95 shipping...received the product...called to cancel any future orders being sent..and was told I was being charged for the "free trial" the full price of $49.95..because I did not call by day 14 of ordering the product...website very deceiving! If I want to return the product to get a refund they a going to charge me a 15% "reshelving fee" ..it's not worth paying the postage...just to get a partial refund! Companies like this should be shut down! Also, I didn't even get everything advertised in the offer...when I questioned that they said they've changed their policy but haven't changed the website to reflect that yet...So you only get half the product for the $49.95

Yes they have done this to me too. I was wondering if we get enough of this theft (they have the product and the money) can we start a law suit againt them?

I have bought lots of things off t.v. and internet and have now learned to use disposable pre paid credit cards, so they can't keep billing you for things you don't want or don't get. This has been a great way not to get screwed by these companies. I hope this will help in the future for those of you that are afraid to purchase anything on the internet or by phone.

I also ordered the Cylapril two week trial and gave them my credit card to charge it to for $5.80. They assured me I would not be charged any more than that. I checked my account on Jan 13th and was charged the $5.80 but on the 14th there was an additional charge for $2.00 and also another $5.80 pending. I immediately called the Cylapril company customer service number they gave me to cancel and opt out if I decide to after the two week trial from my work number I gave them when I placed my order. It kept telling me their number had changed to a 1-900 number. Well those 1-900 numbers are a scam so I tried again...and again same thing over and over. I tried calling them from my cell at the same 1-800 number they originally gave me to opt out at and got through right away. I mentioned to the girl about what happened when calling from my work phone and she said she had no clue. She said she didn't see any other charge but the $5.80 for shipping and no other charges. She appologized and tried to give me some Bahama cruise for a minimal fee as a free gift for my trouble...I said NO WAY I wouldn't pay a penny for anything else from you. She gave me another number to call and that number was to TIME LIFE for purchasing CDs and they could not help me and didn't know why Chyapril gave me their number. I hurried up and called my bank and canceled my credit card right away to avoid any other charges! These people are scam artists!

I called this company tonight and talked with person about this product. I was not be this gullible to fall for his phony answers that he was giving me. I told him that I have to read the reviews on this new product. He was trying very hard to get me to give him my personal information. He tried the whole 15 minutes to get me to purchase this product. I was too smart for him. I kindly hung up the phone to get the reviews, and I am glad that I did. Everyone who surfs the net or read the newspaper like I do, always read the reviews before buying any new products.

If you inadvertently "agree" to terms that you are bound by when participating in an offer, failing to provide a working credit card number could result in a backlash. I am not so sure that this is the cure-all that it is being presented as being.

Cylapril wrecked my health.

I had been exercising regularly, running, etc, and felt a little fatigued and asked for the free order offer. I started taking it right away. It said that it had no stimlants and I felt pretty good, energetic, etc. Aboud 2 weeks later, I was on my way to the gym, with my chest strap on monitoring my heart rate. I was taken aback to notice that my resting pulse rate was 137 ! I asked my husband to take me back home immediately. For the next several months my life turned into a nightmare. I ended up in the Emergency Room with tachycardia and a resting heart rate of 160, irregular heart beats, palpitations, insomnia, shortness of breath, awful anxiety, and panic attack like symptoms (which I had never had). My doctor ordered a test to measure the level of cortisol in my blood and it came back high. Cylapril actually over stimulated my adrenal glands where my body was flooded with adrenaline and I was constantly in a fight-or-flight mode. All of this started around the end of September of 2017. Almost a year later and I am still trying to recover. I still can not exercise like I used to because my heart rate shoots up very rapidly. I have developed blood pressure issues to top it all off. My medical bills have stacked up to close to $10, 000 so far. It has been a living nightmare. I sure would like to see more warnings on the labels of Cylapril. I will back up anything I have said in this text and if you want to contact me, please feel free: creamphone@aol.com.
