We received a quote for a garage door from them, and now they will not stop the high pressure sales and harassing phone calls despite being asked repeatedly to stop calling.
I filed a complaint with the BBB. It seems to have stopped the calls. At least it has so far. It's possible that's the only way to stop the harassment.
That's true. Their high pressure sales people don't know when to quit. Even after telling them we do not want to buy their windows, they proceed to continue to try and sell windows to us anyway. And when getting upset with the sales person, he acted like it was the first time hearing that we did not want to buy. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND someplace else to get your remodeling done. They don't seem to care about what they did, they just want your money. Anywhere else is better.
