We ordered a desk and pantry on 9/6. told it would take 8 to 10 weeks. it is now 12 weeks. When I call, I get the answering machine that says, "we'll get back to you shortly". We gave a substantial check deposit for half the amount. We have an invoice with the amounts and the items ordered. I have called every day for 1 week. I even emailed them. What can we do?
