The quality is good. I really like their patterns a lot. They're perfect for sprucing up my bathroom, and they even have matching bath mats.

Me and my 5 year old kiddo teamed up to pick out this awesome shower curtain from Custom Artz. Let me tell you, it's been a hit! We've gotten so many compliments on it already, and it really brings the whole room together, ya know?

Poor quality. Refunds are not given cuz product is shipped from overseas. Custom Artz offered a 10% discount instead of the refund. A totally unaccepable resolution.

I recently purchased a product from Custom Artz and I must say, I was quite disappointed with the quality. It was not up to par with what I was expecting. To make matters worse, when I reached out to them for a refund, I was informed that they do not offer refunds for products that are shipped from overseas. This left me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied with their customer service.

Instead of providing a proper solution to my issue, Custom Artz offered me a measly 10% discount on my next purchase. This was a completely unacceptable resolution in my opinion. I believe that when a customer receives a subpar product, they should be entitled to a full refund, regardless of where it was shipped from.

The lack of quality control and the unwillingness to provide a satisfactory resolution has left a sour taste in my mouth. I expected better from Custom Artz and I am disappointed that they did not meet my expectations. I would caution others to think twice before making a purchase from this company, as their customer service and product quality leave much to be desired.

So, I was really excited to finally get my hands on this shower curtain I ordered from Custom Artz. I had seen a picture of it online and it looked amazing. It had this cool silver dripping design that started from the top of the curtain. I couldn't wait to see it in my bathroom.

But boy, was I in for a surprise when I received my package. Instead of the beautiful silver dripping curtain, they sent me something completely different. It was like they didn't even bother to check what I had ordered. I was so disappointed.

Now, let me tell you, trying to get a tracking company from them was a real pain in the neck. It was like pulling teeth, I tell ya. I had to jump through hoops just to find out where my package was. And guess what? Turns out, they are based in Hong Kong. If I had known that beforehand, I would have never placed an order with them. It's just too much hassle.

Now, I'm left with this wrong shower curtain and I'm not happy about it. I shouldn't have to pay to return their mistake, right? So, I'm gonna try my best to get them to send me a Return Authorization label. I mean, it's their blooper, not mine. They should take responsibility for it.

Overall, my experience with Custom Artz has been a letdown. The wrong product, the difficulty in tracking my package, and the fact that they are located in Hong Kong has really soured my opinion of them. I hope they can make things right and send me the correct shower curtain or at least cover the return shipping cost. But honestly, I wouldn't recommend ordering from them unless you're prepared for potential mishaps like mine.

It took weeks for me to finally receive my order from Custom Artz. I had specifically ordered an eggplant shower curtain, but to my dismay, they sent me a black one instead. When I reached out to them to address the issue, they simply blamed it on my monitor. However, I strongly disagree with their response because eggplant and black are clearly two distinct colors. It is frustrating that they refuse to acknowledge their mistake and make it right.

This experience has left me feeling extremely disappointed and deceived. As a hardworking individual who values their money, I despise being scammed or taken advantage of. It makes me hesitant to trust smaller online retailers like Custom Artz and instead, I find myself gravitating towards the more well-known and reputable ones. At least with the big online platforms, I have a certain level of assurance that they are legitimate and will provide the correct products.
