On January 8,2025 I placed an order with this company. On January 12, 2025 I received an email stating 2 out of the 4 items I ordered was out of stock. I messaged them the same day asking when or if they would come back in stock and if they were going to refund my money for the 2 items that was out of stock and when was the other items I purchased going to be sent. Didn't hear nothing from them until I made a complaint against them. But they are back to no communicating again. Trying to find out when the 2 items will be sent to my residence and still nothing. and since 1/23.2025 the items have been sitting at ROSEDALE, NY 11422, not moving and like I said they won't tell me anything.
