Curtiz Morgan Loans review: Financial loan

I applied for a loan with curtiz morgan loan company. First they asked me to pay a fee saying I was going to receive the loan. This went on and on after every payment, only to never receiving the loan. After I didnt receive anything for my $15000 I asked for a refund only to be told I had to pay $500 to get it back. So I had no choice I paid only to be told I owed another fee than another fee than another fee. To this day I have not received any money back. Scammers like this should be in jail its not ok to take someones hard earned money. Can you help at all? This has been going on for 4 years now.
