The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

I made the transaction in the beginning of April to a company named www.hervedressesbuy.com for a dress that they did not have in their store. It turned out they did not have any dresses. So by mid April they notified me that they would make a refund and also that it would take 30 days for it to be refunded to my account. I have not received any refund and it’s soon 2 months. I have checked with my bank every day the last week and they are not familiar with such long refund timing. So don’t tell me this is not just stealing! I am not rich and it does look like they will be getting away with stealing be hard saved money

Yesterday I received my 'fake' Longchamp bag (US$75-) which was mailed by registered post from Fujian Province, China. The bag is fake as cutting, logo stitching, material is no good. Obviously it looks like a cheap bag. The email of tracking no through a courier I received was fake. Now my bank needs me to pay as I received the goods. It becomes a dispute between seller and buyer. Hong Kong Customs & Excise Dept. would not handle my complain as the website is not in HongKong. It seems I can do nothing but just let those thieves steal my money. I really hope those people who involved in this stealing business will die painfully and will be in hell eternally. Surprised that the charging money company is from China but the website is in USA. I was also scammed via frybootsclearance.co.uk, the payment was processed by 95epay.com.
I got suspisious when I did not received any order and shipping confirmation, tracking details etc, and my card was debite in CNY. As I still got nothing after 2 weeks that my card was debited, I sent an e-mail to the customer service, asking how's my order doing. And see what they wrote:

Dear Madam/sir,
Welcome to our website, You order items have been shipped already, we can confirm it!If you need the transportation number, tell us your order No. and ask our Customer-service(post-sales-supports@hotmail.com) to send it! If you didn't receive the goods for a long time, we also don't know what happens with it, but we will investigate about it!

Maybe your order was on the way, or maybe your package was detained by customs! There are a lot of this kind of situation. But we can confirm that we have shipped your order items, thanks! For such a situation, we also will investigate about it!

I just ordered a Burberry shirt and when I saw the vendor on the pending charge I looked it up and see all these complaints with the identical email content. I will try to put a stop payment on my account, not sure if I can but I did cancel my card and having
new one issued so they can't do anything with my account. I am usually careful but let my guard down this time. Glad it was under $50, could have been worse damages.

SCAM! STAY AWAY
I bought a watch on rolex2u.uk.com. I was a tad curious before buying, so contacted them. They replied several times answering my several emails - started off helpful and answered the questions very honestly. So, i purchased a watch for £177. Confirmation came through, payment went through via a third party company called '95epay.com'. (it seemed much like using paypal when buying on ebay, so went along with it), payment was accepted. All good.
Now, rolex2u.uk.com have suddenly stopped answering my emails. Wont reply. I have also tried from several different addresses (asking random queries) to catch them out, but sadly they have not replied to those either.
I contact the email address on the payment email - csreason@95epay.com - in which i get an auto email saying this:
Dear,

This is the autonomous respond from the third-party payment platform(95epay).

We will help you to follow up your problems within 24 hours.

If you still not receive any further reply from the seller within 2 days, please feel free to contact us again.

Now first off - no matter what i wrote in my email to csreason - how do they know the seller is not replying to me? So, i try again from a different address, just asking a random question - no order number, nothing. The reply comes through within 5 seconds saying the same thing. Again, i only asked in my email 'I need assistance, can u help?' Did not state an order number or anything - yet the line ''If you still not receive any further reply from the seller within 2 days, please feel free to contact us again.'' - HOW DO THEY KNOW IM AWAITING CONTACT FROM A SELLER, IF IVE NOT TOLD THEM WHO THE SELLER IS OR WHAT MY ORDER NUMBER IS? I call the number on the email and i get a chinese woman on a recorded message, speaking for 10 seconds and then it cuts off. So i cannot contact the payment services to cancel it.

I have sent about 10 emails to csreason and 10 emails to rolex2u.uk.com stating i want to cancel this order as its not moved. No reply. I have called the bank and they can see that the payment is still pending - yet i cannot cancel it. I can only wait until the payment has gone through and dispute the scam to get my money back, or they have 5 working days to claim the money from the 'pending' state and it automatically fails and comes back to me. Hopefully i will get my cash back, but seriously - STAY AWAY FROM THESE SITES.

It says they will look in to it ha but at this time of year it might be slow due to holidays! They are scammers. I have sent an e-mail to Official Pandora to let them know. Obviously, after this payment confirmation, I never received any other email. No shipment confirmation, no courier tracking number. Not professional at all...
And even more! The total purchase amount was EURO 93.30. When I checked my card statement the day after, I realized they took me almost double, EURO 171, 43!
I've tried to email these contacts (better say, thieves), but noone replied.
I've never received the pair of shoes ordered...and paid doubled!
Do not trust some of this branded and super cheap websites! It's all fake Chinese staff. Even if you receive it, it's always a bad fake!

I went to the postal police to denounce the crime.
Policemen dais the IP address is registered in a database located in USA . But the phone numbers given, all have a Chinese prefix.
Police will signal the website as fake, but likely they will all remain there,

I'll try to ask the bank for a money refund, but probably be pretty difficult to get.

So guys, watch out! I'll do it for sure.
The net is full of fake websites or fake products!
Always purchase on quality wesites and good quality stuff! Always choose website that allow you pay by mean of official payment channels (ex. Paypal) and accepts all different credit cards.

Well, I've been cheated... this will avoid to get cheated again during e-purchasing.

I purchased some drebeat headphones from a website called drebeatsmonsteruk.com. for £120 (all prices seem too good to be true!) also they say shipping was free from China! The website looked legit, and its now been 2 weeks and I've had no email advising me of when my item would be despatched. I emailed them and got an automated email saying they'd be intouch, I waited no reply, I phoned them in China and music plays then cuts you off. I emailed them again and got a very brief email with a tracking number saying they had been despatched. The company on my statement receiving funds was: GZ YIN DU NET S&T SHENZHEN. EMAIL WAS csreason@95epay.com
I have since seen all these reviews and thank god, I have now contacted the bank for a refund and had to stop my card! It was meant to be a Christmas present and looks like i've been scammed, gonna have to shop elsewhere now! fraudsters?

I agree same story a purchase that when it arrived weeks overdue was faux. Months of emails all same as others have stated no money, contacted VISA and got the refund. these are CROOKS, as soon as you see an email with that name contact your credit card company.

Hi, I just recently got scammed by the same email or the same company. But instead it was a site called, www.jordanshoes11.com. Yeah, i was really dump not to realize that it was not authentic jordans, but i was eager to get them for a special friend. Everything on the site seem legit and real, i mean they said they had a tracking number for the orders, return policy, customer service, shipment, and all the other information you would find on a site. I honeslty didnt know that i was going to order from China untill i saw my bank transaction ready to go throw, and it stated "GZ CHUAN XIN NET S&T CO 05/02GZ CHUAN CN Renminbi455.29 X 0.1542314 (EXCHG RTE) + 2.10 (EXCHG RTE ADJ)". So stupid me I had order a pair of shoes on may 2, never got them till now may 13, it was suppose to be a 7-10 process. I finally new on the tenth day that it was a scam, because before that Ive emailed them two to three times no response and the contact information, and the website to track my shoes were invaliad, and doesnt even exist. So I called my bank the other day, and they gave me back my 72.00 and said they would do more investigation. Yes and i agree with you, please do not order frm any email address that states csreason@95epay.com, but if you dont realize it untill after the purchase, do some research and look up all the contact information...before buying..

STAY AWAY! Please never make any online purchase from anyone claiming to have any email that begins with csreason. They are a bunch of thieves! I placed an order for a pair of shoes and never received them. Also, I have emailed them several times without any response. Its been a month. Keep your hard earned money. Its not worth it!
