I am Sushil sharma belongs to punjab and i am passout of b tech electronics and communication and i have came to Noida in search of job then i simply reach Crystal hues limited office situated in NSEZ SDF k-11, Phase -2 Noida. There HR co ordinator of crystal hues appointed me as business development(Telecaller) in event and promotions.I have not seen such a poor and such a fraud company ever in my life. Every employ there is just passing the time and everybody is unhappy even the persons closer to management are always unhappy by management decisions. I have seen a no. of examples in just 3 months of carrier that how they provide salary after 20th of every month and the owner Mr ML Sudheen (Director - Crystal Hues) is just seeking for business from every employee either it is technical or not. Every employee is living with fear in mind that crystal management fires anyone without any prior notice and without any proper clarification. This is such a great example of their unprofessional and poor management. The owner is always living with attitude and use the resources as per on his own demand. They did the same with me. Without any prior notice and just suddenly their HR Manisha hold my hand suddenly offers to provide resign and when i deny to do that she extorted me to do this and they didn't provide my salary even after 3 months. They did the same with a no. of employees. and even after leaving the crystal hues no body receives the salary of last month. The owner just wants to roll out the money on any condition.
Please support to protect the very serious carriers spoiled by crystal hues everyday.Every youth is having some great dreams as per their carrier aspect but this kind of company gives a very bad experience and employees get too much frustrated.

I support you from Russia. The company is toxic in terms of payments to its vendors. I DO NOT recommend it. First they give you a big rush translation job with a very tight deadline. Then they do not allow you to generate your invoice for 2 weeks. Then they count 60 days from the invoice date. And then they just do not pay you at all. Keep away from this non-paying company.
Crystal Hues Ltd does not give payment to freelancers after their projects are completed. All language freelancers should be aware of this company for not providing translation, editing, proof-reading services. Specially Indian language translators (Hindi, Urdu, Bengali, Tamil etc) should avoid to work for this company. They will give assurance to send payment in 3-4 months but after that they will stop responding. WORK ON YOUR OWN RISK.
Dear sushil sharma and concerned people, having worked with CHL for some years as a Korea Translator, i am compelled to join you in this efforts. As you pointed out, this company seems to have serious problem with management and payment. I work in South Korea so far away from your country, so everything we do together depends on our words. They delayed my dues and lied so many times, yet worse i have not been provided response to my request on time, not at all recently. They simply ignored my requests and I have suffered torment to the extent that i can't function properly. I don't think it is due to difference in culture or business practices, it's about the way they treat people and their management, i think, and this must stop here. So i want to join you in this effort to help this company to pay what they have promised, for this efforts(including legal fees) and compensation for mental damage (punitive compensation as well). So i would like to know what kind of governmental, legal helps we can get in India. And I hope that we will be able to resolve this issue together expeditiously. P.S. i can provide the backup data.
They cannot afford educated and eperienced candidates. People working with CHL at present must be ###s, I guess

@gsde...your decision is very good by not choosing to work for this company. I will present the fact that they harasses the freelancers for payments. They keep the dues of freelancers for their work. You can understand by the fact that they provide salary of the employee on 20th to 25th of every month then how can you expect that Crystal Hues will pay freelancers on time. This is very cheap company, you can ask to any of the former employee of CHL. CHL never pays last month salary of the resigned employee when you ask for that the MD ML Sudheen say i will not give, do what you want. He says that i will file false legal case against you.This is my humble request to those joining the CHL, Please do not spoil your career, you will wipe after joining the company really.

Dear Crystal Hues Management, I kindly request you to please improve in all aspects like company work environment, management decisions, on time salary etc. MD ( ML Sudheen) of this company is the person who always take decisions based on one or two close employees( aka Chamcha) who fools him and show their loyalty to him.One of the most important thing is that everyone here understand himself/herself as boss. For eg HR manager - HR in this company is not for employees but they are for company, HR always exploits employees in all aspects. When one leaves company they never provide last month salary and you have to run several time for PF settlement and relieving letter. One can know about the HR of crystal hues by reading HR manager comments above for the employee.

As HR Manager, I present the following facts as per your records in HR department:
- You were on probation period as you joined in August 2012 and was terminated in mid-October 2012.
- Your attendance shows only 5 days in month of October 2012.
- Your performance was much below the KRA'S given by the Head of your department.
- You took frequent leaves without any information and approvals.
- Misbehaved with the HR official who tried to assist you to complete your exit formalities.
- Always disobeyed your seniors and needed to be supervised for every small task.
- Too many long breaks for smoking everyday.

as common man, i also presents the following facts as per i experienced in three months(crystal hues ltd.)
*First of all according to my point of view crystal hues ltd. is not company, they are like a fruit seller they have to sale their product at any cost.
*The Management of crystal hues ltd. is very poor.
*This is the reason the HR team over their take full advantage of poor management.
*The Hr team always try to find the mistakes in employs and pulling legs of hardworking employs.
*The owner of crystal hues ltd. is always in attitude and always take decision according to their beautiful HR team.
*they need employs who is like candle behavior they burn their self but always give a light(profit) to this fraud company.
*they give resigning letter without any prior notice.
*they will not give the salary after resign.
I want to inform you guys dont find the mistakes of employs try to improve your poor management.(it is very easy to cover your feet with sleepers, then to cover whole earth with carpet) so you people improve your self.

i sushil sharma writing this in order lodge a complaint against a company named crystal hues ltd. this compnay basically deals with translation, web designing and fabricaion.this is very big froud company.they have not given me sallary of 15 days. on contacting their HR team.the reply which they give is not saisactory which resulted into so much mental harassment and also waste of my precious time.every time i called they gave me different stories.
i would like to tell you guys i am a new generation guy i will not forget your harassment.it is request you resolve this issue.I am sure with your indulgence I will able to get my money back as also help in blacklisting this firm. The details of company are as under:

i completely agree with the above comments as i also know that this company is fraud company which ruins the careers of employees as one has to suffer lot of problem after joining this company. first of all this is jail where you will be working under mental pressure and sure one day you will loose your control over your mind. when one leaves crystal hues he/she never receives relieving letter as they ask for money for that and also never think of last month salary from this company.
yes sushil they are completely ### peoples...they did the same with everyone...very bad company...the owner pressurize to sell anything and say it is 22 years old limited company and even not a single previous employee of crystal hues is happy from their side.they didn't provide the salary of last month...and owner pressurize to give business of 3 lakhs by giving just 15 k...very bad company and full of politics.

yes Mr Sushil you are right that CHL is a jail where all employees work under fears that they can be fired at any point of time without any prior notice. This company never gives last month salary of resigned employees. Very Cheap environment is there and management is ###.
