Our original closing date was set for February 7, 2013. Your company received this file around January 15, 2013. It is now April 2, 2013.

The Seller has tried her best to work with us on extending the closing date, over and over again. However, she has decided not to sign another extension, fired her listing agent, and has put her house back on the market with another agent.

Now, Walter and Paula Shelton are not only out the appraisal, inspections and possibly their earnest money, but they've lost out on their dream house.

Everyone involved in this transaction is extremely frustrated and very disappointed with how this mortgage process has been handled.

Out of appraisal, inspections and now seller has hired an attorney suing for $ 2000.00 earnest money plus $1000.00 should we not sign off on request to release funds to seller.

My document transmittal's provide clear detailed time lines of completed milestones, including an official notification of underwriting approval. The closing date was issued for 2/7/2013. Three days prior of final inspection and closing, we received information that our application was placed on hold pending reviews of previous year IRS filings. Crefco was in possession and/or authorized to acquire documents in mid January to review and advise any any questions or comments that required resolution. To address these issues at the point of closing is totally unacceptable by crefco as well as any underwriting group involved in our loan application.

At this point, the seller has basically unloaded/sold the majority of her household items including furniture. We agreed to purchase over $3000.00 in furnishing from her at closing. My wife has purchased other furnishings specifically coordinated for the decor of this house and now useless.

My appraisal, inspections and possibly earnest money, is out the window, and In addition, I am sitting in a $40, 000 Coach (RV) since the purchaser grew tired of excuses week after week. This does not account for his time, efforts and cost driving from Springfield, Mo. to examine and agree to a gentleman's contract of purchase.

From the beginning we were always assured this was to be a simple transaction, including our request for an increase in our original loan amount in mid January of 13. Crefco has created a magnitude of irreparable issues between both seller and my wife and I.

I'm currently in the process of closing on a home that was build from the ground up. We were actually supposed to closed today but that didn't happen. The mortgage officer and mortgage auditor have not responded to any emails or calls and the house will be put back on the market on Monday. I'm beyond upset as my lease will be up this month and now I'll be without a home for me, my son and my mom.

We've been working with Crefco for over a year. Just found the right house around Halloween. Our original closing date has came and gone because it's always they want/need one more thing signed or another document. We've got another closing date set for the 28th were saying our prayers and crossing our fingers.

im working with crefco now Jeremy greenfield gave us an approval for a 250000 home financing, we found one for150000 because we know our budget,
this was in june we have now sent them every single thing they have asked for plus some, there are 2 weeks at a time we don't hear from them and then another list now asking for info we sent weeks ago and more stuff that has nothing to do with financing, at this time we are holding up the sellers whom Jeremy told the seller realtor that he will get it through, made us pay off all our credit cards. this should be done but noooo, more info needed after not hearing from anyone for a week again. they tried to get me to sign a good faith note and I wouldn't not for the hell they have been putting us through. we have adopted our grandchildren and need a bigger home and this one was it, now we will loose this because of crefco who by the way is in 2 different offices one in florida and one in ohio, this was not divulged to me at all found out accidentally. I agree class action suit, who do we call is there a brokers commissioners office someone needs to put a stop to this

CREFCO did the same thing to us. They should be sued on behalf of all the people they are doing this to. I would love to see a class action suit.

If you used a legal contract provided by the real estate agent and you can prove that the contract is terminated as a result of Buyer's inability to obtain financing, through no fault of Buyer, Buyer's Earnest Money shall be returned! You might have to talk to the broker of the real estate company to get your refund. Unfortunately you do lose your inspection money! You can go to small claims court in Greene County without an attorney and let the judge decide!
