Day 1 - Email to Danny, introduction/summary of services I'm seeking
Day 3 - Left VM for Danny to confirm he got my email
Day 4 - Email from Danny describing a one item cost and not a full pricing menu.
Day 5 - Returned Email for an official estimate based on my report
Day 10 - Emailed to follow up...
Day 15 - Emailed again to follow up...
Day 21 - Still no response.

    A lack of response is not something to complain about on a complaint board. I don't know danny or his company, but this is ridiculous. I own a tradelines company, and work with 38 different credit repair companies. If I complained everytime I didn't get a call back, there wouldn't be enough disk space on the internet.

    If you actually got ripped off, file a complaint with the ftc, or threaten to do so if danny doesn't refund you. This world isn't a perfect place, so unless you have a real complaint, please stop wasting time on these boards.

    I have been "working" with Danny Garcia for a little over 2 years now.

    I am now filing a complaint against him because he is a complete scam and a ripoff. I have invested well over $5, 000 in his "company" with hopes and dreams that he has sold me.

    I am a young guy who sought perfection in my credit, and Danny lead me to believing that he would get me there. I have given up every penny in my name and NOT ONE thing has been done to help, boost, or repair my credit.

    Now that I am trying to get my money back for "refunds" that he has "guaranteed", he will never call back, does not respond to emails, constantly gives the excuse that his company is shut down. Everything to avoid the discussion of a refund, because he knows that he has failed and must repay me for all of the work that he has not completed.

    I hate the day I ever even spoke to him. His scam company has ruined my life and I wish I could get back every minute and penny that I ever wasted on him. Please every one, stay as far away from this man as possible.

    And if you are like me, please let's get together and file a class action lawsuit against this guy. He needs to be locked away!

    I am a former federal agent and now business owner. I will say that anybody who doubts, questions, or blink twice about what we offers is kidding themselves. As far as not responsive, Have you ever had a bad day and didnt wanna answer your phone? Have you ever had so many clientle you make time as best you can? You ever been on vacation and not returned calls?
    I will go to bat for this man anyday of the week. Danny is welcome to give to three way call me with anybody on the line if they doubt the validity of my training as a special agent or what i do now. This guy gets it done because he knows the laws...I know them too and his service will be successfull always.
    Danny im sure you know who i am with the new 3 business

    Danny and his service has been a great dissapoinment. I paid the fee that he asked and also the 6 monthly payment of $49.95. I mailed every letter per his instrictions and never got one thing taken off of my credit. Not to mention the letters that he would send come a month maybe two minths late and I only received them after I called him many times and asked. I also paid $300.00 for his credit delete program which was supposed to delete one negative item off of my credit reports from all three cerdit report agencies. This never happened and Danny kept giving me excuses why. Now he does not return my phone calls or emails. I have set appointments several times on his time driver and he does not call. The best part is he says God Bless at the end of all his emails. The only thing that got blessed was his bank account with my money!

    This question is to the client, can you refer the name of the company you decided to go with?
    I am looking for these services, however I really do not want nor need the run around.

    If your first priority is to existing clientèle, it is your responsibility to make it clear to the client, otherwise prospective clients would get the impression that if you're quoting prices, you are dedicated to offering your service. If you're not available to service a client, you should NOT provide a quote in the first place. Secondly, your email filtering is your own responsibility, if you can't organize your email properly and have proper measurements in place to help you, don't blame it on your prospective client your lack of organization.

    I believe this prospective client found someone who was more responsive, attentive to the client's needs, quick turnarounds and much cost effective for the service with one goal in mind - the client's needs.

    Our priority is to existing clients first, we are not one of those companies that keep trying to sell without servicing our existing clients. Our order of priority is as follows

    Existing Clients
    Potential Client Who Call Us
    Potential Clients Who Email Us.

    As you can see by the history I did return this persons telephone call and even sent them a quote. It seems that after that they relied on email. We get a thousand spam messages a day and each email sent to us explains to anyone emailing us that we may not receive email due to the fact that is could go to spam.

    We have the following items setup to assist people in getting in touch with us.

    We return all calls in the order received
    We have an online live calendar where people can schedule 30 minute appointments
    All details of our product and pricing is shown on our website
    Proof and testimonials are also shown on our website
    We never take upfront fees.

    I feel that this person is just disappointed that he hasn't been able to take advantage of our great service yet. We invite him/her to visit and make an appointment
