1) Fri 22 Oct 2021: damage was caused by Crazysales NZ's delivery truck to my garage at 44 Rhinevale Close, Henderson 0612, Auckland, NZ
Crazysales NZ arranged delivery to be made to their customer at 40 Rhinevale Close on when their employed delivery truck driver reversed towards my garage at 44 Rhinevale Close (just opposite No. 40) and damaged my garage by knocking a piece off one of the cement boards of the front of the garden. The driver just shoot off. Their customer, my neighbour at No 40 sent the video of what happened to me on Friday 29th 2021as their CCTV caught the process.

2) Sun 31 Oct 2021: Crazysales advised me via their customer at 40 Rhinevale Close to contact support@crazysales.co.nz
My neighbour at No 40 contacted her Crazysales contact and was told I should contact support@crazysales.co.nz for a solution, which I did on Tuesday 2nd Nov 2021. I requested my neighbour at No 40 on 4th Nov to follow up with her crazysales contact and on Friday 5th Nov, someone from crazysales NZ finally gave me a call promising he would give me his insurance claim # 'early next week', which never happened, even after my repeated phone calls & emails to follow up. Simply no response at all, till now.

3) Tue16 Nov 2021: I arranged repair of the damage to stop rain from leaking into my garage at NZ$264.50 (GST included.)
Two weeks after contacting Crazysales NZ (without getting any solution from them or response to my follow up efforts), I arranged repair myself. The cost was relatively low just to cover the labour as the material was available onsite fortunately. I emailed Crazysales before and after the repair was done to request reimbursement and explain why I couldn't afford to wait for longer. No response at all.

4) Wed 24 Nov 2021: more than ONE MONTH after the damage, more than 3 weeks after my initial email, no action from Crazysales NZ
Overall, Crazysales NZ has demonstrated no respect or professionalism whatsoever of a professional business. I've experienced from the initial hope and expectation to surprise, shock, anxiety and stress throughout the whole waiting period, till TODAY.

Desired outcome: Crazysales NZ's apology, reimbursement of the repair cost and compensation
