Bought a chair made by this company. Badly made so asked for it to be fixed. Won't even bother to have a company rep look at chair. Use the local furniture dealer as their "eyes in the field". And this clown can't see the problem. "You have a perfect chair." is his mantra. My research shows that Craftmaster is a Chinese company based in the US. Owned by a larger Chinese company which in turn is owned by a Chinese Holding Company based in ... Cayman Islands for god's sake!
Craftmaster builds a crap product and their warranty isn't worth the paper it's printed on.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
We also purchased a Craftmaster chair and ottoman. After 6 months the fabric was looking as if we had this furniture for years. Craftmaster has a one year warranty on the fabric. Since we have a dog, they denied the claim, saying our dog lays on the chair and ottoman. Yes we do own a dog but never allow any pets on our furniture. The furniture that was replaced by the Craftmaster furniture is in our finished basement, it is 13 years old and is in better condition than the Craftmaster. I told Craftmaster to look at the older furnture but they refused. BUYER BEWARE OF CRAFTMASTER.
