Through the use of the domain realestate-agents.org this organization uses URLs and content to produce Google listing that take a browser back to competing companies they are are evidently profiting from.
For example in this Google listing:
Burlington real estate, realestate, and homes for sale... Mike Dunn - Independence, Fort Thomas, Burlington Kentucky Real... Huff Realty, Burlington Kentucky Real Estate,... http://www.mikedunn.efindagent.com/
www.realestate-agents.org/city_realestate-KY-Burlington.html - 23k - Supplemental Result - Cached - Similar pages - Note this
Mr. Dunn is paying for the www.mikedunn.efindagent.com website and content but when this listing is click on it directs to this URL:
http://www.realestate-agents.org/city_realestate-KY-Burlington.html
which displays the www.mikedunn.efindagent.com URL and when that is click on it goes to:
http://www.homegain.com/client/agents?mod=1&entryid=4955&ht=bdcashwonaeae&nopopup=1
Which is a competing firm of the company providing Mr. Dunns services. This abuse of the Gooogle search engine is the kind of activity that just produces a lot of white noise and is counter productive to the mission of Google.
Mr. Clouse,
We'd like to inform you, and others, that Coyol Interactive Network is a web design & SEO company. Besides our general services of web design and SEO, we also build websites and auction them off. In the case of RealEstate-Agents.org, we sold that website. Purchaser's are suppose to remove our copyright information & change whois data within 60 days. However, it is difficult for us to really keep an eye on this.
We agree to the comment you made in that this sort of behavior is "counter productive to the mission of Google", and we have since reported this website to the host. It is now currently suspended.
Hopefully this clears things up a little bit for you.
Thank you,
Christopher Oyolokor
