This is the worst company that I have ever done business with. They sent me the wrong size cover, and I sent photos and a video back to them to prove it. They said that wasn't good enough, their records show it is the correct size even though it was made in India and never verified in the USA. The size is off by 3 FEET, not just inches. Covers & All Disappointing experience with Covers & All: Misleading delivery information and unsatisfactory product materials

I recently made a purchase from Covers & All on their Australian website and unfortunately, I was left with a less than satisfactory experience. My order was scheduled to be delivered on the 15th March, and when it finally arrived, I was disappointed to find that the product materials were not what I had expected. Although I acknowledge that I may have some responsibility for this, as I may not have provided clear enough design specifications, I do believe that the online system could have contributed to some confusion.

Since the materials I received were not what I needed, it means that everything that I had paid for became a waste of time and money. However, to add insult to injury, the main portion of my order was not delivered, even though the system indicated that it had been. This is incredibly concerning and leaves me with an overall negative impression of this supplier.

As a customer, it is essential to receive accurate information about the status of my order at all times. The fact that I was given misleading information about the delivery of my order raises some serious questions about the reliability and trustworthiness of Covers & All. While I may have initially had high hopes for the quality of their products and services, this unfortunate experience has left me feeling disappointed and let down. I am not sure if I would engage their services again in the future.

Covers & All Honest Review of Covers & All: High-Quality Covers with Some Challenges Along the Way

When I ordered covers from Covers & All last year, I had some difficulties with getting the measurements just right. It took a while to find their email and reply to their request for fussy measurements, but eventually the covers arrived and they looked great! However, I was disappointed to find that the sun had faded my furniture and now I have to spend hours stripping them back. Despite the extra work, I appreciated the effort put into creating such high-quality covers. However, I was taken aback when my review received a low credibility rating, as I was not able to include my life story or photos to back up my claims. I want to assure everyone that my review is genuine and honest. Additionally, I found it interesting that my original two-star rating was transformed into a five-star rating when it was shown for publication. While I am glad that my experience ultimately ended on a high note, I believe it is important to be transparent and share all aspects of the purchasing process in our reviews.

Covers & All False Advertising: My Experience with Covers & All's Coupon Code Promotion

I recently received an email from Covers & All (coversandall.com.au) offering a discount of 25% off sitewide with a maximum discount of $75 per order. Excited about the offer, I promptly placed my order well before the deadline of February 27th at 23:59 AEST to take advantage of the fantastic promotion.

However, upon entering the code SPECIAL25 at checkout, I was disappointed to find out that the discount was not being applied. I then received a message stating that the coupon code was invalid or had expired, which left me feeling confused and frustrated.

Not wanting to miss out on a savings opportunity, I continued with my purchase using the lesser discount that was provided to me in the message: SAVE15 for a 15% discount on my cart with a maximum discount of $60.

While I am overall satisfied with the cover I received from Covers & All, I cannot overlook the poor business practice of offering a promotion and then not honoring it. It is disappointing to receive such a misleading offer and it has left me wondering if I can trust future promotions from this company.

As a customer, I value honesty and transparency from the businesses I choose to support. While I may consider purchasing from Covers & All again in the future, I will be wary of any promotions they may offer and may need to be more cautious with my purchases.

Covers & All Review: Covers & All - Impressive Quality but Unfinished Seams and Health Warnings

My experience with Covers & All was relatively positive, with some minor drawbacks that I would like to highlight. Firstly, the delivery arrived a week overdue, however, as I did not need the covers urgently, this was not a significant problem for me. It would have been beneficial to have a slip to allow the delivery driver to leave the covers without having to make an additional trip.

When examining the covers, I was impressed with the quality; the zippers were sturdy, and I appreciated the thickness of the material. Overall, they look fantastic, and I was pleased with the purchase. However, I did notice that there were some unfinished seams with raw edges, which is not ideal.

One major concern arose when reading a warning on the back of the product label, which stated that the material used in the covers could cause cancer through exposure. This warning was not made apparent to me during the purchasing process, and I find this business practice bizarre.

In summary, I am happy with my purchase from Covers & All, despite some minor issues. I would have appreciated more communication regarding the delayed delivery, a slip to leave the covers upon delivery, and more thorough product information that included warnings about potential health risks associated with the materials used.

When it comes to finding the right company for your cover needs, it can be a daunting task. One website that has been gaining attention is Covers & All. While the website does offer a clear 20% off on first order, it's important to note that there is a maximum discount of $50. So, while it may seem like a great deal at first, be aware of what you're actually getting.

Now, when it comes to the actual product selection, there doesn't seem to be a comprehensive guide to help you determine which option is best for your needs. Do you only need cushion covers? Or are you looking for a full sofa covering, including cushions? And what about the Cover all option? It would be nice to have some clear pros and cons for each option to help make the decision-making process easier.

Another issue that some customers have reported is the lacklustre response to their inquiries. One customer mentioned that their email response seemed pre-written and didn't even address their concerns. And speaking of concerns, when it comes to measuring for custom-made covers, it can be tricky. Unfortunately, another customer complained that their response to their inquiry about measuring correctly was simply to make sure they measure and check carefully. Covers & All Unsatisfactory Experience with Covers & All: Deceptive Product Images and Poor Customer Service

My experience with Covers & All (coversandall.com.au) was less than satisfactory. After signing up for their newsletter and receiving a promised 20% discount and free shipping, I was disappointed to find that the advertised free shipping did not apply at checkout. Instead, the site added a $9.95 shipping fee, which could not be waived. Needless to say, I was not pleased about having to pay for something that I was promised for free.

What added insult to injury was that the product photos on the website were deceptive, causing me to make a mistake when ordering. When I brought this to the attention of the company, they didn't seem to care about the issue or make any effort to rectify it. I found this attitude to be quite disappointing and unprofessional considering the company's obligation to their consumers.

In addition to having misleading product images and poor customer service, I also found that the staff did not take my complaint seriously enough. They failed to see the problem from my point of view and instead continued to ignore the issues I raised. This lack of empathy and understanding made the experience even more disappointing.

Overall, I was left with a negative impression of Covers & All due to the aforementioned issues. I plan on reporting them to Fair Trading for their deceptive practices and lackluster customer service. Covers & All Disappointing quality from Covers & All's Waterproof Cover

I recently bought a waterproof cover from Covers & All for my outdoor furniture, but my experience with the product was disappointing. I noticed that the top sticking on the cover was not done properly and there were stitching issues with the leg clamp, which forced me to fix two eye bits. After inspecting the product, I came to know that it was made in India, so maybe it was produced cheaply. Due to these issues, I cannot recommend this product as it does not protect my furniture from the weather as promised. Every time it rains, the bar is wet when I remove the cover.

The customer service team at Covers & All asked me to send pictures of the stitching to resolve the issue, but it didn't seem to help much. I feel like it was a waste of my efforts and time.

Therefore, I have decided to buy a higher quality cover from a reputable company, even if it may cost a bit more. I don't want to compromise on the protection of my outdoor furniture as I enjoy spending time on my patio, even during rainy seasons. In summary, it is best to look elsewhere for a better quality cover for your outdoor furniture rather than going with Covers & All.

Covers & All Disappointing Experience with Covers & All: Long Shipping Time, Quality Issues, and Poor Customer Service

When I placed my order on Coversandall.com.au, I was expecting a faster delivery time given the Australian domain. However, I soon found out that my order had to come all the way from India, which wasn't clearly stated on the website. Although the product itself was of decent quality, I was disappointed to see significant creases on it upon unpacking. Even after leaving it outside in direct sunlight for a week, the creases still remained to a noticeable extent. To add to my frustration, when I contacted customer service, they suggested using a hairdryer to smooth out the creases - something I don't own.

I understand that no product or service is perfect, but I would have appreciated full disclosure on the product's country of origin and the potential need for additional tools to care for it. As a customer, it's important to feel like a company is thinking about my experience beyond just the sale. In this case, I felt like Covers & All missed the mark. Despite this, I will continue to shop around and hope for better experiences in the future.

Covers & All Misleading and Frustrating Experience with Covers & All: My Review

The experience I had with Covers & All has been disappointing, to say the least. I was under the impression that the company was based in Australia, only to find out that it's actually based in India. I placed an order for covers that were supposed to be delivered on the 14th of December 2020 but have yet to arrive. When I contacted the company's customer service number, I was surprised to find that it was an Indian call centre.

After making contact, the customer service representative told me that the item would be delivered by DHL. To my disappointment, when I contacted them again to find out the status of my order, I was told that DHL doesn't deliver to my area. I was then told that I would receive it sometime in January via Australia Post. It's frustrating to have been given a delivery date that wasn't going to be met, and the fact that I received no notification about the delay was equally frustrating.

To add insult to injury, I was offered a 10% discount on my next order due to my complaint, which I declined. I have no intention of ordering from this company again, and to be honest, I would not have ordered from them had I known they were based in India. I feel that the company misrepresents itself as being based in Australia, which is deceitful.

In conclusion, I would advise anyone considering using Covers & All to think twice. The company is a scam that pretends to be from Australia, and their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Save yourself the hassle and find an Australian company to do business with.

Covers & All Impressive Quality and Service: A Review of Covers & All

for the quality products and excellent service. I was really impressed with the overall experience I had with Covers & All. The ordering process was seamless and the shipping timelines were very impressive. I received my order in a very short amount of time which was very convenient for me.

The quality of the fabric was top-notch and I could tell that the materials used were of a high standard right from the start. I was also pleased with the level of stitching that went into the cushions. The overall quality was great with sewing, but there were a couple of aspects that could be improved on.

Though the ties and zips weren't perfectly aligned to be at the back of the cushions, it wasn't a major issue for me. It would have been ideal if they were in the right position, but I found it easy enough to work around. On a similar note, I did notice that there were seams and joins in the fabric where the top and base of the cushions come together. While I know that joins can save on the cost of materials, I felt that these could have been placed in a corner rather than 3/4 along the front of the cushion.

Although these minor issues were notable, I feel that the overall quality of the product was still very good. It's important for companies to listen to feedback, so I wanted to share my experience in the hopes that it could be used to improve in the future. Despite these small hiccups, I certainly would recommend Covers & All and look forward to my next order.
