WHEN DOWN ON : 3 August to request exchange

Truly disappointed with the service! No matter how many promotion you guys give the service is definitely not deserve a star! The worst service compare to other outlet!

My brother bought a wrong item, and we wanted to exchange with the correct item. The one the staff Name: Ferdinand “

so called the manager” claims we CANNOT DO ANY EXCHANGE CAUSE WE DIDN’T BRING THE CARD THAT MY BROTHER USED IT TO PAY AND IS THE POLICY SAIDS”

Asked him to show us the policy but in the end he didn’t manage to find it! I search online for your company policy it didn’t state that if we wanted to make an exchange we need to bring the VISA CARD!

He keep emphasise that we need to bring back the VISA CARD that my brother used it to make payment, cause he need to void the transaction then he can make the necessary, if don’t have then can’t exchange”

And guess what?! Today 4 August my mum went back and bring the VISA CARD! And he didn’t even take the card and do the “ NECESSARY ADJUSTMENT” and he just exchange it! Can you please explain what is going on?!

So is it he don’t understand what is he doing or does he even deserve to be the MANAGER WHEN HE DOESN’T EVEN KNOW HIS POLICY WELL?! When he keep emphasising is the POLICY!

Please DO NOT WASTE YOUR CUSTOMER TIME BY ASKING US TO PROVIDE UNNECESSARY DOCUMENT WHEN YOU DON’T NEED IT! Please don’t bring the word policy just to solve a problem! That is the worse way of dealing with customer!

I don’t need an apology But at least please upgrade your “MANAGER”!
