Horrible company. Rude. Unprofessional. Avoid them at all costs.
I contacted Counter Revolution Inc by e-mail for a quote for granite countertops for my kitchen in September & received an offer for $1780. The template appointment was set up for while I was at work so my husband was present to sign the contract on 9/21. He was told that the backsplash was not included in the price & that the coupon that said "present at time of contract" for $200 off was already included, neither of which were true. He was also told by the templater, Eddie, they would pick out the slab for us in the color we asked for & installation would be in 2-3 weeks. I contacted the company by e-mail regarding the overcharges but received no response. After 4 weeks of no response or contact whatsoever, I e-mailed them again last week about installation. I was told that nothing had been done with my countertops. At this time, I requested a refund of my deposit. I have since received several unprofessional phone calls & e-mails from the company. I will be contracting another company for the granite.

Their website says:
"Every job contracted will be completed in a timely fashion, without sacrificing quality. Ask about our time table guarantee from template to install -- it is unbeatable!"
"Our bids our inviting and guaranteed! No small print with disclaimers like other companies. As long as the dimensions supplied are accurate, your price will not change at the time of fabrication!"

"We Stand Behind Our Quality Workmanship So Your Satisfaction Is Guaranteed!"

This job was not completed in a timely manner.
The price was not an accurate reflection of their bid and they would not honor their own coupon.

I am not satisfied and would like my deposit back.

Unfortunately, we had a very negative experience with Christian Walters from counter revolution. After several failed install dates on his behalf, we finally decided we needed to hire a different company. Christian Walters agreed to return our full deposit due to his failure to comply with our contract. When we asked him to return our money that same day, he insisted upon having us sign a release contract with him but refused to include when or how he planned on paying us. When we let him know we were uncomfortable with signing due to lack of that important information, he called screaming obscenities at us and refusing to return our money. Needless to say, we have since learned he has done similar things to several families.

christian walters rips off his "clients" and employees. He had no insurance and wouldn't pay employees on time if at all. He tried to use employee vehicles and was known to "shoot up" in between jobs. He ran a fly by night company, ripped as many people off as he could and then disappeared. He lives in Larkspur, Colorado @ 3747 Estates Circle. I'm a former employee of 3 weeks and haven't received the $1800 him and his company owe my in wages. My family and I pray that the good lord has mercy on his poor lost soul!

Chris Walters at counter revolution does not show up or do his job. He will try to steal your money. He operates under numerous names and numbers. He should be prosecuted.

This individual's deposit check was returned by her bank as insufficient funds, she refuses to make payment as is required per her contract in certified funds or cash. That is fairly standard operating procedure, because businesses need to be paid for their work. There are 2 sides to every story, and sadly in this economy some people may be trying to get something for nothing, or take advantage of businesses.
