Coulters Furniture review: Sofa

I purchased a sofa and 2 chairs from Coulters Furniture in Windsor On.
The purchase was recorded on Dec 20.2022 and delivery was scheduled on Dec24.2022 in the morning.

Prior to purchase I requested that I wanted a firm sofa and I wanted the items that I purchased from the ware house not the model on the floor.
The Sale Customer said will get the firm one for me

Its been less than a month, today its 18.01.2022 and my new pricy sofa is sinking in the middle. I put a thick blanket under the cushions and I thought problem is solved. But not really as I'm sitting on the edges of the sofa
Sale person Maria called me and said that the style of sofa that I purchased is the kind that comes with different firmness and after she said with regular firmness and im twisting her words?
Why Maria didn't mention this regular firmness of the style I purchased when I was asking?
She was the Sale customer that was aware of what I wanted and I did mention too many times that I wanted a firm sofa.

But we all Know what's too firm OR regular firm,
My sofa its not firm or regular firm but its sinking in the middle and this makes a huge difference.
Another employee called me to tell me that its written in the invoice that I signed about the regular firmness.
But now we are talking for "Sofa sinking" not firmness anymore

I requested a full refund as product delivered was not close to the min standards and way to pricy for the quality.

Instead I was offered a switch of my cushions with the model on the floor and I was told to rotate the cushions : (: (Poor Customer Service
Quality of product doesn't match the high price
