By far the worst firm in the valley if not the state! Liar’s and crooks. If you ever heard about a terrible firm that lies cheats and steals in order to squeeze their clients for as much money as possible its most likely this firm they are referring to. After a bunch of amazing promises and telling me they really care and every thing they could say to sell me I paid them with a credit card. They over charged me by $500. Once I called they said Oh sorry. I got a check in the mail 3 weeks later. After 3 months they had yet to even make a single phone call on my behalf. Week after week I would call and email and I never talked to an attorney again, just their secretaries. Finally after the state filed more charges and the attorney had no idea what was going on I had to fire this terrible firm. Well 2 months later and 17 more phone calls they have yet to send a refund even though they promised 80% back when I fired them. Now I have to sue these jokers! Stay away they are the textbook of sleazy slime ball lawyers.

its all true i used the firm and once you give them a retainer your screwed. they blow you off and start charging your card, they WANT your case to get serious and go to trial because its going to cost more, and they know your not going anywhere. its musical attorneys and if you don't like it they will be quick to put you in your place. stay way from this firm especially Corso, he's the worst attorney of the two.

let me tell you... It is July 20, 2015. attorneys Corso and rude are my current attorney and they were my attorney back a few years ago in Peoria they were awesome in that case from a Few years ago so I hired them for my current case except this time around they didn't work directly with me I got one of the other attorneys wasn't happy about that but mainly all the sudden mr.rude left the office with no notice when he was supposed to be my main attorney and specializes in exactly what I hired him for then secondly the attorney I'm working with all of a sudden lost his license I did not even know that he was in trouble to possibly lose his license to be an attorney with the State Bar of Arizona now all the sudden I have a new attorney I have not met yet except over the Phone.but also have meetings and such at court coming up which I have talked to the Secretary of my attorney had it all set figured out which is very hard to do because they don't call you back when you call them or email you back right away but regardless i get a call she all the sudden left the office on Friday...so now my attorney is left in the dark about what me and the Secretary had figured outthis is totally insane that is three people from my legal Team that has left the firm without any kind of notice except on the day of it happening and no notice of why they left so basically waiting until I can get the next business day since it be in the weekend so I can actually call since I do not have a number to get ahold of anyone after hourswhich I think by the way is crazy because they always call me from their cell phones of a blocked number why can't you have your attorney cell phone number I don't understand especially when you payed 8000 Dollars that's insane. so my advice anyone do not hire this law firm go with someone else because on top of losing the three that I hired I never get contacted or things done that I want until I get mad and call them a thousand times so its very stressful having them as your Law team. good luck and thanks for reading

Had a very long first visit with Mr. Rhude, very comfortable visit. I was on the verge of hiring this firm to represent my loved one but after reading the numerous amount of complaints I have changed my mind.

Attorney John Rhude has never lied to a client at a consultation. Usually when a client attends a consultation for a criminal case, they are in a difficult situation.

Every client at Corso & Rhude is told directly that there are no promises or guarantees about the outcome of the case. In fact, in order to hire Corso & Rhude, a legal contract that has been approved and even written by the State Bar of Arizona clearly states, "There are no guarantees or promises about the outcome of your case." This language is required on all attorney client contracts within the State of Arizona.

The reality is that sometimes people who are facing prison time often hear what they want to hear when speaking to their lawyer. Corso & Rhude prides itself on strong communication and treating clients with respect. Lawyers are not hired for a direct guaranteed outcome.

The owner of a law firm is often times the best person to discuss whether or not to hire a certain firm or not. That does not mean that the owner is going to handle every aspect of the case. In some cases, there are other attorneys in the firm that specialize in certain areas of law that are better able to help the client than even original person they spoke with at a consultation. Most people understand that when you are hiring a sizable law firm, there are numerous employees of the firm that may work with a client during different phases of a case.

We always place the client with the best attorney in the firm depending upon the needs of the client and the specific type of case. A felony attorney may not be the best fit for a client who needs help with a traffic ticket and vice versa.

Our office always forwards official court paperwork to our clients. However, on many occasions, in traffic court after a trial has concluded, there is no paperwork. Clients simply expect court to be a process that it is not. Traffic and DUI court is very different from a scene from a television sitcom.

Corso & Rhude works hard to communicate to clients that there are no guarantees and page 1 of our contract in bold language states this exactly. Attorney John Rhude also works hard to help clients set "realistic" expectations in their case and to help clients understand and picture the process clearly.

This is why our average consultation time is longer than every other law firm in the state of Arizona.

We take the time to help understand your needs and work with you, not just for you.
