I have tried numerous times to reach you by email and telephone as I have completed each task provided for assistance. In addition, reached out to Elisha Hudson who referred me to yourself and Amy Bertram and have not been successful with responses back by email or telephone. My account was placed on hold until July 14th and still have not received a plan set up for me to make monthly payments in accordance with original conversation which included me applying through agencies and after denial, I would be able to get on a plan. I just spoke with agent through main phone number who informs me she was unable to assist me, and my services are scheduled to be disconnected on July 14th. As mentioned before, I recognize it was my misunderstanding about the deposit and when payments were to begin, as well as application for rental assistance did not include electrical or water and since have applied again through SER. I have also applied for CERA, DHS, MI Bridges, and True North Community Services. 211 provided those agencies to me and applied as requested.
This is a plea and a request for assistance to set up a plan for bi-weekly payments due to having a heart monitor and electricity is much needed.

Michigan Housing Authority - I have went to office to speak with case manager who was out of the office/then sent an email about being re-certified for utilities which were submitted as part of approved rental assistance and not included with application #570844. Hello Elisha,
I'm not sure if you are the representative to assist me. However, you assisted me back in 2019 with an arrangement. Its unfortunately, my bill has escalated due to various reasons (i.e. unemployment during COVID, reduction in hours, hospitalization and bankruptcy) along with assisting mother with her bills {due to low income}. There were various attempts for scheduling different programs through Consumers which unfortunately defaulted. I applied for rental assistance through Michigan Housing Authority and utilities, electrical and water were included. However, due to numerous changes of case workers, the rental was paid and not utilities, electrical and water in March, 2022. My bill has continuously compounded since then and is currently over $3,000. I made a final attempt to work with representative from Consumers and arrangements was made for $471 to be paid bi-weekly. Initial payment was made 5/28 and it was my understanding the payments bi-weekly were to commence June, 2022 along with monthly bill. To my mistake and error, the payments begin in May and I missed the bi-weekly payment the next bi-weekly thinking payments didn't start until June. I have contacted 211 for assistance and going through application process of those companies listed on Consumers website for assistance and it appears to not be an immediate approval prior to 14 hold date. My bill has been placed on a 14 day hold until June 23rd and it is my plea and most appreciate if you could provide me some guidance or assistance as I currently have a Heart Implant which requires nightly monitoring [verification can be provided] and would need utilities for monitoring nightly.
