Constructall Granite Jason Leger messed up the granite in my home. They messed up on most of what they installed & Jason refused to take responsibility for his mess. He also billed me for work he has not done and refuses to do. I have called numerous times for help from his company and he just blew me off and said the job was 'paid for in full & done' and he said he wasn't going to come back and finish. I paid Constructall Granite $20, 000.00 and got a 3' & 4' counter and a 5' hearth. The tub decks need to be redone due to poor workmanship and the rest of the $18, 000.00 worth of granite I paid for is invisible. Because he refuses to finish the job, I now have to have someone else come in to redo EVERYTHING because we won't be able to match up the granite. The whole job has to be redone. Constructall Granite, Jason Leger & Tammy Leger TOOK MY MONEY & WILL NOT FIX AND COMPLETE THE WORK.

I am a real customer & these are real pictures of the work Constructall Granite did in my home. To this date, Jason Leger & Tammy Leger of Constructall Granite refuse to take responsibility for this very poor workmanship. Click on any picture to see the detail.

I was hoping to get this whole thing sorted out without resorting to court but I've called Constructall Granite dozens of times and spoke to both Jason Leger & Tammy Leger & neither of them will help. The last time I spoke to Jason Leger of Contructall Granite he said 'the job's been done & paid for in full' & he's not coming back to fix or finish anything. It's quite shocking because I also have a kitchen WITHOUT ANY COUNTERTOPS that Constructall Granite TOOK MY MONEY FOR, I'm going to post those pictures shortly.

I have a large build going on here and I don't understand how Constructall Granite can treat a customer like this especially with all the other respected (& respectable) local trades witnessing it. It's unbelievable. I have had each of these professionals document the entire process relating to the faulty install & lack thereof of the Constructall Granite job in my home. It's on video as well as photographed. THE ONLY ON THAT HASN'T COME HERE TO REVIEW THE WORK IS JASON LEGER himself, OWNER OF CONSTRUCTALL GRANITE IN TRENTON.

I gave Constructall Granite over $20, 000.00 for this 'work' & have next to nothing to show for it.

I suggest small claims court. Here's a good place to start looking into what you need to do:

I also suggest sending the notice by registered mail so they cannot say they didn't receive it.

Talk to a lawyer before you have anyone redo the work and change it. You can probably sue for the money lost, the money needed to fix it, etc., but if you have someone else do it first you will ruin the evidence against this company. The photos plus your invoice showing what you have paid for but what has not been done would provide you a fairly solid case, I'd bet.
