We do not recommend Concord Pacific Group inc Quality of construction is very poor. They use the chippest materials. It just makes it over the warranty period. We had 50 problems in our brand new condo we purchased from Concord Pacific Group. Most of them are very serious and dangerious to the health. The customer service we find very slow. They try to cover up their negligence by what we fill being disownest. They try to close the file as soon as they can instead of dealing with concerns the ownest way. Concord Pacific refused us any information in regards to health issues we suffered. It is complete cover up.

The above is consistent with my experience in buying a brand-new condo from Concord Pacific in 2022. The common themes are:

1. Terrible customer care: literally the worst I have experienced. Most issues I've reported have been five-month-old and there is still no progress.

2. Low-quality cheap material: e.g. squeaking floor. Rough edges in doors and metal bars inside a blanket.

3. Delay in completion: the completion date is delayed by 2.5 years and no compensation in any form.

4. Negligence: there are defective holes in the kitchen cabinet board, which is clearly due to installation error, and they still put it there, which is almost disrespectful to the customers.

They keep saying they have so many suites to attend to. But there shouldn't be so many issues in any single suite in the first place if the quality could've been higher. Part of the causes I think is that there is no review system, and no one is responsible if things go wrong. Their customer care is a joke.

I agree with the above complaint. I bought a condo from Concord Pacific. They do not fix all the things identified in the new home walk through. I have a problem with the marble tile back splash. There are deep scratches on the tiles. They claimed that those were natural characteristics and refused to replace them. I'm still working on this case. Their repair work is so poor quality. They didn't even bother to glue a piece of tape down inside the closet. Complained three times, but unfixed. How much can a blob of glue cost? I can use 3 P's to describe Concord Pacific - poor customer service, poor workmanship, poor quality materials.
Also, they delayed their completion date time and again for months without giving me a penny in interest for my deposit. Yet, when the condo was finally ready, I asked for a few days extension because I was away on vacation, they had the nerve to ask me for interest. If you've bought a pre-sale condo from Concord Pacific, I suggest that you read the fine prints carefully and think twice before signing your name on any documents. Also spend some money to hire a professional house inspector to do the new home walk through. It should save a lot of headache. I regret not having done that.
