ZingaWeb Hosting / No Service No Support
A two hour update took four weeks and still not complete... I have been working with ZIngaWeb hosting for nearly 4 weeks just to update a web site to Wordpress and to update a few pages. First they told me we didn't have the correct hosting for Wordpress, I was told by Lee Murphy that he would update the server and I would be able to install Wordpress on the new update. Day after day I called and emailed just asking what the status was. I never received any response to over 10 emails and 5 phone calls. Two weeks later I finally got a hold of Lee & Ruth Murphy and they told me it would be updated in an hour... Eight days later I called back as it still was not completed, I talked with Lee and he finally got it up and hour later... Although, the next time I logged in to update pages, everything was locked and I didn't have permission to update anything... I called and emailed, no response and two days later I finally tracked Lee down and was able to update pages. When I asked him to update the DNS to the new server on March 22, 2012, I didn't hear back so I called again and this time my phone was sent directly to voice mail after saying sorry "name" Lee is unavailable, meaning he had moved me into his phone filters..? I don't know what I did to this company to deserve the worst service and support, but I will NOT deal with them anymore and would hope that anyone that needs to update their own website would never have to go through the endless BS of there services to get simple updates made. In 15 years of dealing with web hosting and web hosting support companies I have NEVER felt so helpless to update a site for a client. This was the worst experience I have ever had with any support service. I usually would tell my clients and users to use Ma and Pops shops, but this one should never be used by anyone again!!! Good Riddance ZingaWeb Hosting, you suck!!!
