Very Scary Company! Think twice before investing in YP.Clicks. It did cost me a 6 month contract with worthless results. Initially At&t Advertising solutions used "key words" that were useless to my business (I got no calls). They were so bad that they gave me the first 2 months for free because of their errors. Then after speaking to supervisors it took months for new key words and they were very poor key words again. Again new key words were developed. Finally towards the early out part of my contract relevant key words were finally developed. Through out all of this waiting I was still paying $170/mth. And I am still waiting for a customer call.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

Many, if not most, yellow pages companies are greed driven. If their internet products really worked they would have little need to drop products and add new ones. Every new product launch is hyped as being great . . . but so were the former programs, right?
Any "guaranteed click" program for a flat fee means the advertising company makes the most profit if they can fulfill the "click requirement" at the lowest possible cost. This means geting clicks from low value/low cost per click terms makes them a big profit. Whether by deliberate indifference or ignorance, the yellow pages fulfillment people are trained on how to find these "cheap terms" and almost certainly lack enough business experience to truly understand what terms are relevant and of high value for the advertiser.
The bottom line is that the advertiser is "just another customer", workers have to process high work volume and don't have the time, business knowledge or interest to develop programsa that deliver optimal results.
