XQ Sanitary Ware Store reviews and complaints

This complaint is about order Number: [protected]
After I made the order the seller asked for extra money to ship the item. I refused to pay and find out that the tracking number he provider is not for my order as someone else have received the order as shown by tracking system.

I thought I would lose my money and accepted that he make a full refund through Paypal, but he made a partial refund as Paypal fees are deducted from the money he sent.

To summarize and conclude, the seller asked for more money and when I refused he gave me hard time: not receiving the order, cheating about tracking number, wasted my time, ...etc.

Please see what is appropriate to compensate me or at least prevent him from deceiving other customers.

XQ Sanitary Ware Store is not correct seller. After payment with extra shipment costs, they still not send my order, but want to add 7$ more for shipment. Be careful with this store. If you order by them can be surprised about the price- first time low price and after order and payment they want to add more mone to send you the order... I think seller like this one has no place to sell by AliExpress
