SUBMIT A COMPLAINT / No product and bad customer service

I ordered from the website and the order was displayed as in stock. When I noticed that I hadn't gotten a package after a month, I contacted the website. No reply. I sent several emails and called several times only to get the answering machine. About 2 months after I placed the order, the owner said that she was receiving the product from the manufacturer by the end of the week. If I had known this, I wouldn't have placed the order. I waited a week and sent another email after receiving no package. No reply. I would not recommend using this store or anything with the storefront of labeshops.

    I also ordered from this person's website called got an invoice for the item ordered, checked my bank account and the charge went through. I waited about a month then sent her an email, I on the other hand did get a reply with an apology and was told it would take about another week. It's been a week and a half and am still waiting on the item. Don't purchase anything from their site. If items are in stock but the "shop" is behind on shipping (if this is the case) an email going out to customers to notify them ASAP would be the professional way to go and would be the courteous thing to do before the consumer becomes upset and wary. If this is another scam shop the complaint boards need to be lit up and this place needs to be shut down. It's easier to lose three customers than it is to gain one. She's got a C- rating on BBB though it says she isn't BBB accredited.
