Wawanesa Insurance / changing rates, fraud, and the worst of customer service

I have been a Wawanessa Insurance for Auto customer for over 10. years. Recently, They admitted to lack of staffing, taking over 3 weeks to cash checks, and bumbling incompetence. This is in reference to having payment in 9 installments not monthly. This occurred in Sept.2015. They did not bill correctly and then when their error was caught, attempted to get me to pay up hundreds of dollars or cancellation. In October 2015. Even on line EZ pay payments crossed. DO NOT take the cheap and easy way out for your auto insurance. Pay a reputable company where you can actually walk in and talk to an agent. Oh by the way it takes over 40 minutes to get customer service.Resolution: Correct amount due and credit.
