Trail-For-Regen-A.com — the customer support [protected]) regen-a; no refund when willing to send back product
This was on Facebook and advertised as a trail you pay shipping, it took forever to order as I went though so many screens to order and ended up with 2 products which was fine as it was only 4.95 shipping. I was surprised when I got a regular size jars, however I was unable to open the tall one the lid didn't work properly. I notice that I had a couple of emails but thought they wanted me to by more. then over a month later I seen 2 separate charges 7/30 for 67.25 and on 7/24 for 89.97. when I called my bank this company came up. REGEN-A order #B88B8B6258 when I called and explained I didn't use one of the product and the other very little and needed my money back the 1st guy Alex would not do anything I was hoping this call was recorder he wouldn't even let me speak to his supervisor after 15 mins of asking he finally put me though to a Donnie Love he was son rude and telling me the same thing everything was legal this was my fault for not reading everything until I said I wanted the account cancelled and I would contact facebook and consumer report, he said I said (consumer estate) which I never heard of. then he asked me to hold, gets back on and tells me that even though this is my fault they are will to cancel the account and give me back 50% of my money. which we shall see, i don't trust anything they say as they lied so many time, 1- they aren't able to refund as they are a distributor. 2 - supervisors don't take call 3-on and on how everything is legal.
I wish to have my complete refund 157.32 and someone look into how they handle complaints. I don't trust them having my debit card more than anything.
