Today - Luxotica, Mayfield garden, Gurgaon review: Do not trust 'Today Group' 2

Today homes and infrastructure pvt ltd. is a renowned builder with many residential projects in Gurgaon - Blossom-1, Blossoms-2, Luxotica, Princeton floors, Opulence etc. They are known to provide "good construction quality in a short span" so called as "an unmatched experience". Yes it's an unmatched experience but on the negative side...

I am talking about the project - Luxotica gurgaon. People like me have fallen prey of the marketing strategies and have been cheated. The construction has been going on for more than 3 years and we have not got the possesion till date... (so how come their projects are short span?) and we donot get any answers on that... they are least bothered.
The quality and workmanship is very poor and apart from that the builder is charging an extra cost in the name of power backup which was promised to be provided in the cost of the flat.
They are washing off their hands from the maintenance of the society as well and wants us to sign an undertaking for this. Also their other promises stand nowhere today... This is nothing less than "mental harassment"
It is getting worse and worse day by day... still they want us to trust them?
So people planning to buy property from Today homes and infrastucture "BEAWARE"
