I paid for skin care products online through website. Then I tried to log back in to find the status of my order but was unable to do so and got a message that my account doesn't exist. Then I emailed them few times to advise me what's going on and got no answer.

    I'm having the same problem I received "Thanks for your order" notice but there was no date under the line that read" your order will be shipped by.". DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER EVEN EXISTS? nooooo! Also, the zip code listed for the billing address and the shipping address were totally wrong and had 7 rather than 5 numbers. VERY SUSPECT at this point.

    Why isn't there an e-mail account to write to? What kind of contact information is given? a line that lists:
