Back in September I had my very own party at my house with Slumber Parties. My consultant was Bryann Robinson. Two of my house guests ordered products from her. Two months later and they still have not received either their prodocts or money back. All 3 of us have tried to get in touch with Bryann. I have been the only once successful. But she always came up with an excuse of why they hadn't received their things. She hasn't spoken with my guests(her customers) since the night of my party on 09/17. So we took the next step of getting in contact with the corporation. They have not done much, except reply back to ONE of my guest(bryanns customers) to forward her a message that Bryann sent to them. It was a fake email from a fake email address Bryann made to forward to her corporation to say she's already gotten in contact with my guests and that she already received her order.
She not only walked into my house and stole, but she stole identity of my guest to lie to her bosses. She created a fake email address with fake email. We haven gotten in touch with the BBB but there isn't much they can do because Slumber Parties is not an company, according to the BBB, that meets their guidlines. We will be contacting our local news for them to do s a story about this and how dangerous it can be. Someone walking into your house and stealing.
I HIGHLY recommonened NOT to go through Slumber Parties by Bryann Robinson in Spokane WA. And you would also be much better off by not going through this company at all. Either choose a different company, or go to your local adult store.
Dealing with Bryann Robinson is like dealing with a thief. Went to party two months ago where she was the host- still to this day, no products and tons of excuses as to why she can't deliver. According to speaking to other party goers- she hasn't given them any of their products nor gave them any reason to as to why or how they were going to get their products. Bryann's only response is "I'm sorry, I was sick, this isn't how I run my business" but yet, when you look her name up- you see all sorts of complaints. To this day, I know of four parties within a couple of months where women ordered product and no one got anything out of it. She was quick to take our money.. Of course she does give out information on Twitter account about what is going on. But, you would only know it if you followed her or become friends with her facebook. But, if you question why you haven't received your items, she deletes you and blocks you. If you are at all interested in slumber parties- stay clear from Bryann Robinson. She is a thief and liar. She laughs at you if you question her. She is just an over grown child who lives off other's misery. What I have learned from researching her, she goes through the spurt of cashing checks and not giving products during the months of Sept, Oct, Nov, Dec - I am guessing this has to do with her "cause". She does fundraiser for Crohn's disease. Yes, that is a good thing but jeeze, for the last three years, based on reviews (complaints), it happens the same time. Wouldn't you question it? Oh and on top of all of that- I found out that committed unemployment fraud. So, in the end---------AVOID BRYANN ROBINSON AT ALL COST! It is supposed to be getting toys and etc, to help out with your love life. You will most definitely get SCREWED in the deal- just not how you wanted.
Wow, ladies. You seem so upset here! I figured you would've been quite happy with the ~$300 worth of products that were STOLEN from my display the night of that party! Perhaps you were all too blitzed drunk to remember that part? Well, I sure didn't. I had to pay to replace those items that were taken from me. YES, it was at THAT party. Also, YES, I was late on getting your products to you simply because I was in the hospital for 2 full weeks and recovering from a major emergency surgery. Yeah, one of you tried to call BS on that until I offered her the direct telephone number to my hospital room. As soon as I was out of the hospital and at home and ABLE to muster the strength to get your orders together, you'll be glad to know that a nice friend of mine volunteered her time to take everything to the post office for me because I was too incapacitated. It is because of this group of gals that I will never, ever, ever work with bratty, "entitled" 18-20-somethings. You are beyond RUDE, needy, ungrateful, misunderstanding, and downright catty little girls. Oh, and to the girl who is upset that I won't give her her money back...sorry, but ALL SALES ARE FINAL and I don't want your used vibrator back simply because it didn't satisfy you. That's not how this business works, sweetheart. Perhaps if you would've been a little nicer about it, I might have offered you the one you later decided upon at a nice discount. But, no. You chose to be a rude little brat with a terrible sense of entitlement. Some people are only happy being unhappy. And always remember that there are 3 sides to every story -- side A, side B and the TRUTH. Sadly, absolutely zero truth has been provided by these gals. Whoa, we went to different Slumber Parties but are going through the exact same thing! Myself and 8 other women were screwed by a Rep named Rachel, I keep calling her Rachel from Temecula, Ca. because I do not have the ###'s last name. I do have her phone number, that is, the phone number she had up until December 12, 2011 when I left her a message. I attempted to call her again 12/20 and her phone has been disconnected, how convenient. Rachel has absolutely no idea what customer service is. For the sake of the company, I hope they do something. I will never, ever attend a pleasure party again unless my best friend is the Rep. Take the advice, don't attend a Slumber Parties Party. You will probably be screwed, based on our experiences and the 100s of complaints online.
All of the above accusations are 100% true. I attended the party that was held at a friends house on Sept. 30th and have also yet to receive my items. Bryann is not to be trusted. It frightens me to think that there are people out there that are unaware of this woman and trusting her with their money when there is obvious evidence not to. We are allowing her until Christmas to deliver either the money or the items that were stolen/kept from us before we take things farther. I do hope for her reputation, she snaps into professionalism and does her job correctly. If there are any others out there that have still yet to receive items or cash back from Bryann, please message I or Jenna ^^ and we would love to help you get your items too.
I completely know where you are coming from. A friend of mine had her bachelorette party on 9/30. Four of the guests from the party had ordered product. We have been attempting to get in contact with Bryann since that date (because we were promised to have our products within 2 weeks) and only one of the guests have gotten a response from her. She e-mailed the guest back a few days before Thanksgiveng and stated that after the holiday she would get back to the guest with a date we would have our product. All of the guests have e-mailed/called/text/facebooked Bryann and still have yet to receive a response. When contacting Slumber Parties Inc. they stated they Bryann had given them a list of names that the product had been ordered and not received, after further research the names of the guests from our party was not on the list. We have resorted to contacting legal help to attempt to resolve the party if we do not get our product by Christmas.
