I took out a $400 dollar loan from Signmyloan.net and I saw five debits to my account for $121 dollars. I called to verify that my loan was paid in full and they told me I still owed them $521 dollars even though i'd already paid them $605 dollars. They claimed that was all interest payments while I refinanced my loan each month. When I complained they said this was all clearly explained to me, which it wasn't. Do not ever take out a loan from these guys. Ripoff!

On a 400 dollar loan the interest is 120 if you want your loan to go down pay more. if you pay 220 you loan would only be 300 and interest would be 90 dollars so this week your loan would be 390 pay 90 interest + 100 = 260. 60 doller interest. its 30 dollars interest for each 100. if you don't pay down on your loan it want go down You will o the same.

I'm going to have to agree with the 1st comment. After making my 1st payment I noticed that my balance didn't change. After speaking to a representative they claimed that the payment that I made was towards the interest and wire fee of the loan. So I asked her if my next payment was going to go towards the loan she said no the minimum payment goes solely towards the interest. In disbelief I then proceeded to ask her how did they come up with that figure because I only took out a loan for $300. Her attitude changed and told me that I was explained all of this ( which I wasn't ) before I took out the loan. I told her to have a nice day and ended the call. This place is a total RIP OFF! I originally decided against the loan after I filled out the application but they kept calling and calling until I said to myself "what the hell I could use the extra money" and now I realize it was a HUGE mistake. Thankfully the loan was for a small amount and I just bit the bullet and paid it off online. JUST STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE! TOTAL RIPOFF!

I overlooked the monthly refinance charge thinking it was a installment payment over a period of months, but my balance due was not adjusted. After reading here I realized I didn't fully understand and see why payday or cash advanced loans are a racket and better left avoided... If you borrow from signmyloan pay off the due balance in full before the monthly refinance charge can be charged. My first loan with them was for $300 and I paid 30% interest and paid in full at the first of the month on a prearranged plan. The second loan was for $400 at 25% interest because now I was a preferred customer, but I made the mistake thinking the monthly charge was a installment payment against my loan. It should have been by all rights but then again we're dealing with loan sharks... and there are many. I will pay my loan in full before the end of the month and paid half yesterday. Just pay in full at the first of the month to avoid being taken to the cleaners... Hope this helps.

My name is Chad Osbourne and signmyloan.net called my work and said I took out a loan. I did not take out a loan. I asked them for proof and they got really mad when I said this was fraud. I am not sure what to do next. I need help because they are stating it was done a couple of months ago and they want there money.
