Royal Puppy Kennel review: No papers / no shot record / won't return calls 1

I am so disappointed in myself for not reviewing these complaints before I spent $2200.00 on a puppy for this couple. I paid for the puppy in 3 payments, and the last payment was a post dated check for the following Friday. They let me take my puppy, but I agreed to return for the papers in a week after the check cleared. I began calling to make an appointment to pick up the check, and after 4 voicemails roughly 3 weeks, nothing... I end up calling on Easter Sunday afternoon, expecting to leave another message but Cindy answered. She was very nice at first, until I mentioned the papers... She said I didn't purchase my puppy with papers" and that she had my "signature" proving so... -'then she began scolding me for disrupting her family on Easter, and abruptly hung up in my face! Granted it was Easter, but I was calling a business phone number ...well, it's been a full week, and no return call. I emailed Cindy apologizing, and asking her to call my husband as I did not want to upset her any further. I don't know my puppies birthday, nor do I have any shot records... She was lightly ill, but seems better now. My situation isn't even close to what I see others have experienced but I am not letting this go. How many others have they and will they continue to scam? I'm beginning to wonder if she is even pure bred... The puppies on the sight are not the puppies you see when you get there...
