I bought a rott puppy from LESLIE AYO at HEAVENS GATE KENNELS (SHOULD BE HELL). In her "contract' it stated that the pup had a health warranty. After I purchased the puppy she was diagnosed with an UPPER RESPIRATORY INFECTION. We took her to the vet on the way home from purchasing this little girl. The next day we took the pup back to the vet where she was diagnosed with PNEUMONIA. My puppy did survive all of this after me paying for an expensive vet bill (many days at the vets office). Leslie Ayo WOULD NOT pay for the vet bill for selling me a sick puppy. Now my pup is 9 months old and she has developed EPILEPSY. Leslie Ayo does not need to be breeding these animals. Also, I believe this may be a PUPPY MILL. I suggest contacting AKC, Rottweiller Association, ASPCA, other breeders, etc. to let people know about this.
I would love to have another puppy but I can't afford to pay for another sick pup.
We purchased Harley, an 8 week old puppy from Encinas Rottweiler’s on April 12, 2014 and on April 15, 2014 we were at the vet. The puppy was very sick from day one. The puppy had diarrhea. Breeder said that this is common when they are moved. The puppy was deathly sick. I have a book of documentation proving the dog was sick. Melissa stated she sold me a healthy puppy, however the vet states a different story. I could not return the puppy due to she was in Mexico on an extended vacation. Melissa refused to replace the puppy when she died less than a year old because she stated it died from a disease that was not genetic from the mother. This was an auto immune disease. This puppy was sick from day one and I can prove it. She cares nothing about the dog or the owner it’s all about the money for this breeder. Shouldn't there be something in place to protect the consumer. She sold me a sick dog for a 1, 000.00 and we did everything we could to save Harley. Breeder was not willing to do anything for us. Unbelievable!
Do not purchase from Heavens Gate Kennels. Leslie Ayo, owner, is under indictment for 8 counts of cruelty to animals in Gwinnett County Ga. She is sick for what she did.

Ms. Janet Singleton's puppy was diagnosed with the dog flu that was infecting certain parts of the country last year. The puppy was treated for its symptons and recovered fine. The hip dyplasia was unforseen and a trait which Rottweilers are prone to. I have taken the parent of this puppy off my breeding program to make sure this defect isn't passed on. I reached out and offered Ms. Janet Singleton a replacement puppy. I have never had my contract posted on my website. I don't pay vet bills and I don't know of a breeder who does. My puppies do come with a warranty and health records. Ms. Singleton does not want a replacement puppy only her money for vet bills which I don't pay. In my 8+ years breeding this is an isolated incident. I am raise my dogs with love and care and they all come with gurantees for their health.
poor puppy! Hopefully she will be alright. Some people unfortunately only breed for money not to better the breed. It looks like you may have a small claims case. Take the contract and all the vet bills to small claims court and see if you can get the money reimbursed by a court judgement if she is not willing to work with you. Good luck
