Religare Technova review: Fake interview processes 1

Its a shameful act that job portal like Naukri.com and companies like Religare Technova are part of and promote fake interview process just to keep their head up in the top management. I would like to bring a case of mine into the knowledge of all the people seeking employment opportunities in companies like this. I was called up for interview twice and got selected in the final round. However the Senopr HR VP of Religare told me that due to some problem in their system, they will not be able to issue an offer letter by hand. They promised me to revert the same via email. I was not contacted for 20 days and neither any communication on my part was entertained. I was very upset with this incident. They management said they hired a person through internal process. This is frustrating for a guy who has been chasing them for last 1 month.
I would like to make a statement "Please do not make fool of those who are really in need."
