Sir/madam,
I am custumer of your company relaince in prepaid gsm in punjab circle. My no. Is [protected]. I have port out this sim card from videocon to your company last month. I first recharged my with rs 64 to get talktime of rs 50 + some other benefits as per your plani. But i dont get any balance . So, i have registered a complaint against your company in national consumer helpline. A strict action will be taken against your company if my balance is not given. I have sent this notice as per advice by helpline.

My no. is [protected] and balance is deducted without my consent and everyday Rs 30 is deducted. Money is charged of any packs, without my permission, which i do not subscribe.And to the worst, call center executive at 198 are not available at all.Due to which i have to call Reliance care but they also refused to help me.so plz help me to let out of this problem

I have already requested and was told your number will transfer to airtel after quitting services by Reliance.
