Rahat Hussain review: Careem karachi vendor and captain support 6

Dear Sir,
Would like to inform you that I am a vendor as well as captain working with careem karachi. I also employed captain to work for careem. I have number of issues like payments, captain and vendor support as well as against your customers who paid less amount for the ride but regret your careem karachi support for this is the worst. As I have called several times on captain support help but regret they response only once you have an active booking. Have already asked several times and got an email address from karachi office but regret not a single response from them. Hoping that this might be the desk where I can get a positive response else no hope :(
Also if it continues instead of expanding our work with careem we will have to look into other alternatives.
