ltcjam: This is very strange that I'm not allowed to ask questions now and that you did not answer mine. I just read about your company on, which was quite extensive. It seems that you, ma'm or sir, are conducting a classic scam interview. Your next instructions will involve a check or instructions on how I must pay for software and training materials. No thank you and please do not contact me again. A copy

Rablon Healthcare Pvt Ltd - Asked my gender
    United States

I applied for this job online on It was for a data entry/admin assistant job. I got an email to do an online interview through yahoo messenger. So I signed in and added "[protected] to my contacts on yahoo. So I start the interview and they ask me my full name, sex and where I am located. I don't mind the name and location but the sex or gender I didn't feel comfortable because it is illegal to ask those kind of questions during any kind of interview. His response was that he has been doing or asking these questions for 5 years and that I was not interested and he said bye and thanks for your time. I responded back asking why the gender question and they never responded.

So, you want equal opportunities and pay for women, but HR can't ask your gender? How do you expect them to reach their equality quota?
