Hi All,
I booked flat 2 years back in Pavani Pride, since he said the possession will be in six month, but from last 1 and half year he is changing the possession date. Also, the construction quality and material used is very very poor. No coordination with flat owners. The two mad peoples are looking after work, they don't have knowledge at all.
Please don't take any flats from GARV assocaites formed by Keshav Goel, Suresh Mittal and other partners. Also commonfloor is taking care of sales by giving false commitments.

I don’t know if builder is sitting and writing the positive sentences himself. HAHAHA
All I will say is to all buyers of his upcoming project just visit pavani pride society and see for yourself what is the pathetic condition of his construction work. I bet you then wont buy any of the flats in his upcoming projects even for half the market prize.
Mr. Goel everyone knows you are the only one writing all positive comments about yourselves.

We people had come to meet you and discuss about the problem you have gifted after paying almost 50 lakhs. If you have guts just tell what all the problems that we people were explaining you that night, let the world know what kind of building you have constructed.
For the web people, this builder instead of listening to our probems gave us dhamki that if you again dare to come and meet me I will send gundas to your home at night, he also said that you will never know my power I am from Faridabad but still know lot of gundas / rowdies here in pune.
Mr goel if you had so much of powers why you got beaten up all black and blue by the construction labours at undri site for not making their salary.
Mr SV Where is the question of Y shape coming up, do you even understand what we are talking about ? Ohh how will you understand you are not even attending the society meetings. If not come forward and work towards a better society atleast attend the meeting rather than writing this comments and misleading the poor people over internet.
Mr Goel correct your mistakes or else this fight will continue.

People even if don’t trust our words its k, but please please please visit pawani pride in ravet before buying any property from this builder in undri or chakan. It just hopeless builder.
builder had adjusted many times with the owners specially keshav goyal. Some of the customers were not able to buy flat but mr keshav goyal has supported them.Now the owners wants that the maintenance should be done for free from builders.

All Flats have water leakage, lift was out of service for 2 months because of water leakage in basement, pending issues not yet resolved. still Keshav Goyal is good builder? Ha Ha Ha...Not a single co-ordination with flat owners...Still Garv Associates is Good Firm?

No, I am too disagree with all these complaints. It seems to be posted by their opponents. Pavani pride is well ventilated and as per the norms . Buyers are requested to find the actual facts and then decide.
This builder is not so qualified and educated, The MAWALI type of builder is. Named KESHAV GOYAL, He is having his up coming site at Undri named as IKON, and at Kharabwadi at chakan named as pavani park. So request to all of investors and new buyers do not purchase flats.
Builder has given ventilation but the construction quality is very bad & poor, builders are non educated for the construction line, and they are not even concern to look personally in this building, so who is disagree they can visit at actual at site Pavani Pride Sector No 32A Ravet near SBI bank, you can see the actual scenario. Builder is showing parking area in his design approved by PCNDT but now he is making an arrangement for shops or storage for shop keepers in parking area as per the diagram approved by PCMC/PCNDT. Builder's new site is at Chakan Kharabwadi named as PAVANI PARK for 195Flats near-about. Who is interested to buy please verify PAVANI PRIDE then think for bought out.
No, I am totally disagree with above observation.The building Designed in beautifully unique "Y" shapes & it allows good ventilation & sun-rays. The shown pictures are very early stage of construction.
Yes, this is very true.
Contruction quality is worst, building plan is worst, not proper plan for parking and not a single planned amenoty.
Keshav Goel is worst person in my life...today he promise something and rejects next day only.
