Oman Trading Establishment ( OTE) / Service of my Vehicle

Dear Sir/Madam

With reference to the above subject matter, I had given my car for regular service as per my contract yesterday on 13th August to OTE Service centre at Al Wadi Al kabir but to my surprise the engine was completely dusty and neither the car was washed nor was it vacuumed. The tyres were also not polished. A little of the engine oil was spilled on the bonnet as well. Pictures of the same have been attached for your reference. Apart from this the customer service at your end is very poor as there are no sufficient staff at the Wadi Kabir Service Centre which is a time consuming and delay in getting the service almost took 45 minutes in the morning and 30 minutes in getting only the gate pass which has been already informed in my earlier email which ultimately create a bad image of the organization, though I have trust in your superiors and at management level.

Hope this matter will be resolved as early as possible.

we are facing everytime the same problem .I suggest there should be improvement in the process as customer care is the important gateway to the impression of the organisation.Earlier also we send many mail but no response at their level
