Not canceling order
I have the same complaints as everyone else on this NuDerma SCAM!! I ordered a $4.95 trial saying GI you emailed & cancelled within 14 days no further shipments would be sent. I did this; they continue to send me this crap; which broke my face out!!! They REFUSE TO RETURN ANY OF MY MONEY!! I have been in & out of the hospital; lost my job & my Mom passed...

NuDerma Skin C are p.o. Box 25380 Has been charging my credit card for things I have not authorized. They have sent three skin care products and charged me 89.15 for each. I did not order that. They advertised a free sample and that is how they got my credit card number. I will have to go to my bank to have my card changed and see if I can get those charges reversed. This is a rotten scam. I was never informed they were going to do this.
Charged Stolen credit card.
My card was stolen and charges was made to my card for Nu Durma cosmetics, when I called this company I explained what happen and the lady assisting me said I had no recourse, her name was Debra, very very rude. Take my advice and DO NOT deal with these people. I am out $183.29 and have nothing to show for it. To top it off that would have paid for my husbands nausea drugs after the next round of chemo. Takes all kind in this world, and there is a special place for them, GOOD LUCK Debra you are going to need it !
complete scam
I ordered from facebook, as many others did, thinking it was a free trial of loreal. You will not receive a free trial, but will just be billed for an ongoing subscription of something else. In my case it was Nuderma skin junk. It not only cost me 160.00, but broke my face out like a lobster. When I called the company and threw a fit they give the run...

I was given 1 month to cancel my account after receiving the "free" trial. That day fell on a weekend and so I missed calling them to cancel. They said in the automated message when I did call that my account had been charged and the product shipped on October 4th. I called them over two weeks later to find out why I had not received the paid for product. They said that was the charge for my original "free" product, even though their message said that they had shipped a 2nd product. They refused to refund my account, or send the product. They referred me to the website, which I had never been to before, having ordered the free product from Facebook. Nowhere did it read that I had to return the free product, and when I called about the free product the first time, when they offered a discounted price for the first charged product, I specifically asked if there was any requirement to return the free trial. I was told there was not. Now I am worried about ordering any other product from any online source. I can't afford this as I live on disability.

This happened to me too. I ordered 2 facial cream products for $4.95 each. I thought I was only paying for shipping & handling After seeing the "free" L'oreal ad, I was sent to the ad page for these 2 products. I did not authorize additional shipments. I am being charged $89.15 & $89.85 every month for shipments I have not received. Until I read this complaint I didn't know the February charges were for the 1st 2 shipments. I replied to an email I was sent notifying me of a March shipment asking that the shipment be canceled. Their Customer Service rep responded that I needed to "call" their Customer Service Dept. I called & after someone answered the call was disconnected. I think this is a scam. I can't find "my" account with these 2 companies so I can remove my credit card information. I have disputed these 4 charges with my MasterCard company. So far they owe me $358.00. Like the person who wrote this complaint, I am on Social Security Disability & cannot afford to pay for this.
They charge me 89.15 for a free sample
I soe on facebook an ad about free samples of face cream they wiil charge only 2.95 for chiping I agrre with that they send me the produt it was a 0.50 oz botlle of face cream couple of days they charge credit card the chipping then on10/03/14 they charge my credit card again for 89.15 Ithink this is a scam iam on ss check and looking bargains and real free samples and they took my money and i whats my money back

i did not know that they were to charge my account for amonth suppy when it suppose to be a free sample i need to get in touch with company i dont have a phone number
I have also received products that I have not given permission to receive. What is this all about? I got a 14 day trial sample and was not obligated to receive anything more than that. This company is a ripoff. This product breaks my skin out, so why would I want anymore of it. I am not happy about this!
Nuderma's phone # is [protected]. I can't figure out how to find my account with them so I can remove my credit card information. I didn't know their would be continuing shipments. The same thing happens with a company called Vibrante which has the same mailing address as Nuderma but a different phone #. Unfortunately I bought both products in January for $4.95 each. In February & March I was charged $89.15 x 2 & $89.85 x 2 for products I did not order. Since my income is Social Security Disability I cannot afford these charges. It's a total scam.
this company used to be very good and hontest so sorry to see it stoop to this level.
The terms and conditions were not on the ordering website. I also ordered the sample for $4.95. I also was charged $89, 15...if this company does not ban the person or persons doing this they are just as guilty. Anytime I try to expose these companies by letting putting a scam warning on Facebook its posted for a short time then it fades.
This is a scam. They took out 85.15 out of my account without my permission. This was suppose to have been a free trail. I am very upset with this. Do not fall for this.
the phone number is on your bank statement right behind the name of the company
OK. This is the second address with no city and zip. Also, the street names are very suspicious.
