I recently came to work for Mr. Mike Dillon, also known as Mr. Con Man the 1st and was lead to believe that I was going to be compensated for services providing Internet Marketing Services.
When I started to work for him we began getting calls from previous creditors, employees, and law enforcement looking to bring Mike Dillon to justice. He has stolen money, not paid employees, and was/is the study of a major fraud case! His wife Beth has an autistic son that is now the victim of a con man and is in jeopardy of tainting his life. Law enforcement in several counties are working with several previous employees, employers.
Beware of this bad man. He is obese, has terrible breath, and is 30 going on 60. We want our money and will not stop until we get it.

Local 'Business Man' Mike Dillon a Scam Artist?
Barboursville, WV has been invaded by national scam artist Michael Dillon. This man sets up flimsy businesses, scams local rental property owners, entrepreneurs, and hard working clerical, sales, web design, and IT professionals out of thousands of dollars - collapses the business, and moves on to do it again in another city.

The office is located above Curves fitness center in Barboursville and shares an entrance with a Karate studio.
It is my best guess that the employees of Capitol Networks have not been paid for their services and Mike is running the same ol' scams. Surprisingly, the Capitol Networks business IS registered with the Secretary of State(something new for Mike) but it's registered under his father's name (Mike Sr.) and a family member's address in Lesage is used.
