Michaelkorstrend.co review: Unethical behaviour 1

Hi I purchased a Kichael Kors bag & wallet from a web site believing I was purchasing from a direct factory outlet. My order number 87323 the email that I have been corresponding with is Lan Kelly . The tracking number was LX925910642CN. The company I paid by Visa card is VISA WDL RUIJIRONG TRADING SHENZHEN CN $151.45 AUSD. This below is my invoice I received Order Number: 87323 Date Ordered: 12/10/2015 Detailed Invoice: http://www.michaelkorstrend.co/index.php?main_page=account_history_info&order_id=87323 Products ------------------------------------------------------ 1 x Michael Kors Skorpios Textured Large Black Totes Outlet (MK00126) = $96.24 1 x Michael Kors Jet Set Double Zip Around Large Pink Wallets (MK04347) = $41.62 I have received a fake bag that is not the bag that I ordered & it is faulty with the weave on the handle coming undone. The wallet was not in the parcel it was never sent. I have tried to reason with this company with out success they have told me no to worry item on the way but it had arrived with wrong damaged bag & no wallet. They are now offering me a 10% refund that's the best they can do & keep the damaged bag. I have told them this is not acceptable. I want a full refund for the wallet that they did not send & I also do not want the incorrect damaged bag & want that to be returned at their cost & refunded. Please help me if you can.
