They ask you for your ID and Social security card, if those are not 100% clear, good shape, good look, they will take away 28% from your money, when you go to ask about your money, they make you wait 2 or 3 hours, they want you get crazy, when the money is ready to be paid, they just tell you a story... bla bla bla, 28% cut off from the total, they always going to find a real excuse to do so, you ask for a manager, will take long time to come, when he comes, will be there with the Tribe Police, and two or three more guys, you have never seen, they are just waiting you do something wrong, talk in a not standard way.so they take you out the casino, no money and that's the deal. That took me back to the German NAZI ERA. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE, WALK AWAY FROM THE MICCOSUKEE CASINO IN Miami. Good Luck.

heres a story I WAS there with my friend and we were bouncing around from machine to machine we split up and I was walking down the isle and there was a machine wide open so I sat down to play dropped a $20 in and pulled away about 6 to 8 times.
All of a sudden there was this lady yelling at me that was her machine .
I just kept playing and said there was no one here
she kept complaining and turned to some other people and said to them I was playing here right and all the other people were yelling she was.
At this point I was not paying to mush attention to the machine as I wanted to keep my eye on all of them .
So I just cashed out went to find my friend and told him what happened.
Next thing theirs this guard in my face asking me for my licence and I said no I did nothing wrong .
that's when the indian police popped up within moments they said they would look at video, never did then gave me back my id we exchaged some wards next thing you know I'm in hand cuffs and took me to a cell and pretty much took my money counted out $75.00 and told me
this is what we are gona do
we are giving her $75.00 and that's that
I argreed to this because I was in there cell .
they let me out I had to sign a paper that I could not return to this casino .

They are outrageous. None of their machines pay up. The county had to remove over 40% of their machines, because they were not LEGAL... This mean who ever used their machines was ROBED! The staff is super rude only when you get a price they look like flies to change the ticket and get a tip from you!. My Iphone was stolen and with all the cameras they have and after hours reviewing the cameras they gave me a ticket and promised a county police officer was to contact me... No one ever contacted me about this. Because they don't have many machines other gamblers stand behind your seat as they want to lift you and sit on them...IS A SCAM!
Yes I agree. I won 90.00 on a machine, and the ticket stuck in the machine. It took the tech 1'2 hour to come to my machine. He told me to wait at the machine, that he would be back. I thought to pay me. No, to tell me the ticket was already paid. 3 hours later, 2 managers later, 2 techs, I was frustrated. I was given a refund claim, told to come back in 48 hours, and am still not sure they will pay me. The manager kept arguing with the tech in Spanish asking did he print the ticket twice. Little did they know, my husband is Cuban and understood everything they were trying to keep from me. Ever since I hit a big jp at Bingo, people have been treating me differently, this includes employees and other guest. In three weeks, my cell phone, bingo daubers and pens have been stolen, now my winnings from their machine. Its time to find somewhere else to go, their are other casinos throughout south florida, but for bingo the choices are none.
