Live Auctioneers of New York City in conjunction with Elite Decorative Arts of
Boynton Beach, FL, scammed me at an Auction held at Elite's offices at
1034 Gateway Blvd., Boynton Beach FL. Live Auctioneers handles the Internet
bidding for Elite's auction as well as other auction houses. On 5/19 the owner
of Elite, Chris Hayes, came to my home and I gave him 13 high-end pieces of
jewelry for the 7/21/12 auction with a value of $26, 000. Yesterday, I received
a check from Elite for $6, 773.50 representing my share of the 13 pieces of
jewelry sold. They did a terrible job along with Live Auctioneers and if you
saw the bidding sheets, you would agree.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

they sold 2 paintings in July and August of 2015, its now february 2016, still waiting to be paid...after visiting, found someone there who was "curating" the remains of the business, was told a check would be mailed in december. i got $1000 they still owe me around $5, 000 ..their phone does not answer
I SOLD MANY PIECES WITH ELITE AND MADE A TON OF MONEY. THEY ARE THE BEST IN SOUTH FLORIDA. I HAVE BEEN RIPPED OFF BY OTHERS LIKE BRUCE KODNER & ETC... TRUST ME THEY SELL IT FOR THE MARKET PRICE...
