March 1: LBC notified me that I have a delivery. On the afternoon, the delivery personnel informed me that they will deliver. I told them my Mom will be the one receiving since I am confined at the hospital. My Mom informed me that no one arrived to deliver. Called the delivery personnel and he said he'll deliver it the following day.
March 2: No attempt at delivery. Called and a different person answered the call. He said he will tell his colleague.
March 3: Called the number again and the person who answered said he does not work at LBC. His friend who is the one working at LBC just used his phone; ‭+[protected]‬. Then he gave me another number tel:+[protected]. But it wouldn't answer my calls. So I just texted and asked if the items would be delivered today. No answer.

good morning.

we're from the government. travel. foreign tourists vacationing in Malaysia.

wants to file a report. to the GRAB company. delivery. different locations.

purpose. government
file a complaint report. for
Get Company. hope to cooperate with the Malaysian government.

to file. Compound suit. amounting to RM1 million. fine. court. to the police government. who commit crimes that interfere with delivery time. and only slows down time. delivery. "various products, or shipments of foreigners and Malaysians, in different locations.

please notify the police. which interferes with the passage of time. must pay a high fine. to each Grab shipping company. interferes with delivery time. customers.

please use the user ID information. per extension. travel. can help inform Grab company. and the Malaysian government.

and approved a valid form of fine. court suit. total compound of 1 million ringgit. to a police officer who interrupts the travel time. delivery.

The member ID of the card number provided to each employee. members of GRAB companies. to help provide information. personal. and remind the Company of the written notice. warning sign.

I also experienced the same thing. 8 days na failed delivery. If they can't deliver it, do you know where can I pick it up? LBC po ba? Sayang naman kasi yung inorder ko. I already paid.

I'm so disappointed. mas okay pa bae at ninjavan when it comes to delivery. my parcel should be delivered within this day but when I was tracking my parcel, it says "failed delivery, delivery unsuccessful due to: consignee is unavailable". yes, no one in my place could received my parcel but no text or calls to notified me? really? in case i'm not in my place I was planning to ask the delivery to re-route my parcel but the delivery man didn't even bother to text or call me. lol.

Their fault why parcel was never delivered, their fault why you lost your business. Ok sana Madelay eh. pero nawalan ka na nga nga benta inuubos ka pa. Madami lumalabas na mga bagong courier sila na lang wag lang to. kaya di active social network account nila kasi alam nila na dudumugin sila ng reklamo. Wagas sa kapalpakan. Do they care? Hindi, They charge you and refuse to approve your disputes.

Im from bohol, I have a concern about my experience to x-post integrated. I ordered a product in shopee and I choose x-post for my shipment I waited for it to deliver the products will be delivered on dec. 19, 2018 as per shopee delivery details but when I track my order via x-post integrated track it say's that on dec 13, 2018 'failed delivery no payment' how come? I didn't even received a text message from the delivery incharge that they will deliver it and I didn't even noticed that there is a delivery on that day. lesson learn paasa rin ang x-post integrated!

Xpost/LBC anong petsa na? August 31 na. Nung august 28 out for delivery na yung parcel ko. Ngayon August 31, 2018 out for delivery pa rin. Ilang araw ng out for delivery wala naman dumadating

Dumating po ba ang orders ninyo? kasi, sa akin, puta, 3 days na na out for delivery, pero wala man lang taong sumulpot sa doorstep namin. puro lang failed delivery because consignee was out. napaka-puta naman. nasa bahay lang ako buong araw tapos sabihin nila na consignee was out. nagreach out ako sa customer care nila, pinasabihan ko na gumawa sila ng sop to call the consignee para ma confirm if wala ba talaga si consigenee, sabi ni customer care, magrerequest daw siya sa delivery team to call me, pero puta, wala eh! tangina. ano ba to. hindi man lang gaano ka updated ang tracking page. do something with your system. kung hindi niyo kayang magcater ng mabuti sa customers niyo, might as well shut the company down.

I ordered from shopee from two different sellers sabay dapat ang dating ng dalawa. Nakareceive ako ng text to expect delivery today. yung isa dumating ang item sa morning, so i waited the whole day for the other item.Laking gulat ko na lang kng bakit the next day ang status ng dalawang item is delivered and received na by consignee eh yung isang item hindi talaga Dumating. 2 days na akong naghihintay hindi ko naman alam kung sino ang tawagan to complain na hindi ko pa na receive ang item from xpost

Same experience guys hays! kahit na di na lang sila pumunta sa mismong home address kahit tayo na lang mag adjust na puntahan sila don kung saan sila nag stay sa location mo okay lang makuha lang yung parcel eh. pero pano mo gagawin yun kahit man lang isang text or call wala. so disappointed talaga itong xpost intergrated courier na ito. poor service! boooo! last month okay naman service nila nang iinform naman agad. pansin ko start nung month of july nagka ganito na. please naman xpost integrated be responsible to your job as a courier. we trusted you wag niyo naman sanang sirain. respeto lang sana.

Napaka bastos nang ibang delivery man nang lbc integrated here at san fernando pampanga.. imagine d man lang bumababa sa sskyan para I abot nang maayos ang parcel.. ganon ba ang proper way to give a good customer service? at take note ahh "ate" pa ang tawag sakin.. napaka unprofessional..

2 times na di dumating order ko. minemessage ako ng seller sa shopee na reorder daw kasi binabalik yung order ko sakanila. tapos napakatagal ng delivery. aabutin ng 10 days. mabuti pa ang jrs at ninjavan, ang bilis dumating. kaya ayaw ko na umorder pag xpost or lbc!

Ang problema ay ang mga nag dedeliver. Lagi nilang sinasabi na hindi sila pwedeng umakyat sa building at dapat ang tumatanggap ang bumaba kahit na ang address ay may nakalagay na floor. Sinasabi ng delivery man na walang binibigay sa kanila na pang parking. At sila ay nagsasabi pa na kung aakyat sila pag na tow ang kanilang motor e dapat daw kme ang magbayad! Napaka walang disiplina. At ano ba namang klaseng delivery yan! Totoo ba LBC na walang pondo kayong ibinibigay sa kanila para sa parking?

I also have bad experience with XPOST Integrated today, and binastos pa ako nung rider. Nkakabwiset talaga. Ni hindi man lang nag-effort tumawag. Kadalasan naman kase, yung ibang riders they make sure may network coverage yung kinokontak nila thru text. Tulog na ako nung ngtext sya, panggabi yung trabaho ko, 8pm-5am. Tinext ko naman sya, nireplyan around 2pm nagising ako, kaso binastos ako. Sinubukan tawagan ng husband ko(na gigil na gigil sa ginawa ng bw**et) yung rider pgkauwi ngayong gabi. Out of coverage ang gago. I'm enclosing screenshot of our convo thread nung rider. Pasensya na po sa di makaintindi ng dialect, it's in Cebuano kase. Basta, nung tinanong ko if mgdedeliver ba ulit tomorrow, kase 2 tries yan eh, standard protocol. Ang sagot eh "sunod tuig" meaning... "next year"! Sya pa lang talaga ang na-encounter ko na ganun, ang BASTOS talaga, and so unprofessional. Eto yung number na ginamit; [protected].

Ay ang LBC palaging sinasabi na out of delivery zone gusto nila sa tabi lang ng branch nila ang bahay na papadalhan mo. Tamad ata sila. Mas maganda ang NINJAVAN. Ordered at lazada at NiNjavan gamit nila, sa awa ng diyoa door to door delivery nila. Tumatawag muna sila kung tatanggapin mo ang item

base sa shipping information dapat nung may 27 pa siya madedeliver saakin, so naisip ko sunday yun baka walang work. so nag antay ako kinabukasan and wala pa rin nangyari. hanggang ngayon wala pa din yung items na pinapaship ko. sa shopee ako umorder at inextend guarantee ko na. so pag hindi daw nadeliver at hindi ako nakapag bayad ng 30, cancel na daw automatic ang order ko. grabe! nag aksaya lang ako ng oras sa pagiintay, sana bumili nalang ako sa iba. hanggang ngayon wala pa ring dumadating. alam ko malayo lugar ko pero yung ibang courier hindi naman ganyan! buti nalang talaga at COD yung order ko kung hindi nagkanda gulo gulo na.

Same exprience with xpost integrated. Ang status ko naman is pospone the delivery. Bakit ganun? Sayang order ko.. Mas okay pa sa lazada which is ninjavan mag order kasi tumatawag talaga sila pag nasa area na sila. Dito ni txt wala akong nareceive. Nkaka inis..

My story is all about the attitude of the driver who delivered the parcel, he said if it’s okay not to give the exact change because he has no coins, I said just change to the nearest store politely, and he pretend to go to the store and change coins then came back to me not knowing that I have been observing him.(I saw him, he didn’t reach the store, but just pretend he did so he will not be caught) he has coins but that’s his tactics, not to give the exact change to have extra money.
After that he came to me and give me the change and shouted at me saying that next time I should be a fast and hurry up opening the gate to get the parcel because I’m disturbing him, he said he’s busy and have other parcel to deliver. Really?! That attitude? Just because I didn’t give him the change?! Would it be different if I have given him what he want?! Oh boy this Shoud be reported so they’ll know how the drivers are ruining the good name of the company.

3 Times na ako nag-order but still incorrect address. Futa. Palaging ganun tsaka bigla nalang mag cacancell after 5 days. Nagtatrabaho ba talaga ang LBC ngayon? Baka hindi naman! Sabi pa nila jan sa LBC na "We like to move it!" Ehh ano yang company niyong mga TAMAD! Tamad pa na maghanap ng address! Incorrect address nalang kahit kailan! Buset! Umayos naman kayo ahh!

Hahah so there is a big chance that my parcel will be cancelled.. on transit in the same area since april 16 pa and expected arrival was april 20.. so better do the online transaction nalang siguro sa lazada.. hahaha

Just happen today. and first time to order from a seller which only has xpost as the choice of logistic. woke up with a notification from shopee that my parcel will be delivered today so I waited. normally, when I order online my parcel will be delivered in morning. black arrow and lex (lazada express) will inform me via email or sms that they will deliver my order soon or when they are near at my area. now with xpost/lbc I didn't even receive a single message then they will put on my status that I am "unavailable"? I mean wtf! I didn't even left the house because I want to personally receive my order. ni di man lang nagtext. kahit text man lang at ako nalang pupunta sa kanya. thumbs down sa lbc! bukod sa napaka strikto na sa pag claim ng pera. napakatamad pa ng delivery team. 5 pm updated na sa tracker nila na unavailable (daw) ako. so assuming till 5 pm lang sila while other logistics delivery team works till 7:00 pm. I will never ever order again sa kahit anong online shop that partners with xpost/lbc! walang kwenta

Same thing.. How can you guys put a status of "consignee not available". Tumawag pa yong delivery personel nio sa cebu tapos galit pa atah na sinasabi di ko daw sinagot yong tawag nia at first and told him that I was on travel when it happens. Talked to him and informed him that I'm available na and I will wait, He even told me that he will deliver the package since he is in the nearest area but no one comes. I even txted him but No Reply.. Please check nio phone nila bago kayo magpost ng status na wala talagang consignee.. Very Dissapointed 🤔

i feel you guys.. grabe sobrang inis na inis din ako sa delivery ng lbc xpost integrated na yan.. hndi sila marunong mghanap ng address. ginamit ko ung adress ng company ko para kung dumating eh ako msmo ang mgreciv ngtxt cla ng morning then naghabilin agd ako s guard n tawagin ako pg dumating pro ni anino ng khit anung rider ng lbc wla man lng pumunta tpos nkalagay agad s status na cannot find the adress eh pagpasok ng industrial park kaunang company ung samen kya imposbleng hnd makita tpos hndi man lng kc ngttxt ung rider kung hnd nla makita. anung purpose na ngbgay tayo ng no. s knla kung hndi nman nla gagamitin pra iadvise kung hnd makita ung place. nxt order ko inadress ko na sa hauz nmen, the same reason hnd dw nla makita eh tapat lng kmi ng skul napakadaling hanapin ng address ko. pro ang totoo wala man lng tlga pumunta. nkakapikon na eh

Xpost/LBC this is so unacceptable! Waited for my delivery yesterday, no one came and was at home all day! Next thing to see on the tracking information is that failed delivery! Imagine! This is ridiculous and the height of unprofessionalism and misconduct! Call yourselves to order. Never had issues with other delivery systems. Just make sure my order is delivered. Called the line and no one was picking up. Why?

Same experience. March 5 na-ship. March 12 out for delivery ang status. March 16 na pero hanggang ngayon wala pa rin. LBC/Xpost Integrated this is so unacceptable!

Same issue with LBC/xpost integrated. I am in Cebu and i have never experienced any issues with the shipping and delivery when it comes to my online shopping. T
Yesterday I checked the status of my order in Shopee and the last update was Mar 10, it was still in Yakal (don't know where it is but I'm assuming it is in pasig or anywhere in MM). When I got back to the app this morning it already showed Failed delivery, Delivery unsuccessful due to: Consignee is unavailable. Updates on delivery status were delayed and all of a sudden it will show up failed delivery?! I am working homebased and I am home every single day FYI Xpost! Trabaho trabaho din delivery boys pag may time! Nobody showed up here on our doorstep and nobody even texted to ask where my location is!

Same case sa akin. I waited the whole day yesterday since I got a text message na my package will be delivered but no one came. When I checked my tracking, it states that delivery failed because consignee is out. Wow! They could have called if nasa area na sila kung hirap sila puntahan ang exact location but nothing. Basta basta na lang nilagyan ng consignee is out ang tracking. Will never purchase from seller na lbc integrated ang courier. Buti pa black arrow, hindi madamot sa text. Will text in the morning, then will text again like an hour, before informing me na they are coming.

Today was supposedly the day that my parcel will be delivered. Out for delivery sya today but when I check the status it said "Delivery failed due to house closed"? How can you explain this when my other order arrived today under BAE and my mom and my hubby is just at home I told them it will be delivered today and to receive it on my behalf. Ilang beses na to nangyari sakin and its unacceptable. D man lng nga tumawag or ngtxt na andyan na sila eh bzta bzta na lng umalis at nilagay na house closed. Anoh to gaguhan ba? Parang kng kelan lng nila gsto mgdeliver dun lng sila mgdedeliver eh. Binabayaran sila pra kumita d inaayos ang trabaho. Kng tamad sana sya umakyat sa taas edi sana tumawag nlng na nasa baba na sya at kng pwd nlng ako bumaba pra kunin ang order ko ganun lng kdali yun eh. Hindi na ganito gagawin sa status ng delivery ko.

I feel you. Nangyari din po sa akin yan. House closed samantalang wala namang nagtext or tawag na andun na sila sa tapat ng bahay namin. May mga riders po na sadyang TAMAD at gusto ata pagpunta sa isang bahay, may tao agad na sasalubong sa kanila. Kesyu madami pa silang idedeliver at ayaw nilang magtagal sa isang bahay. Kainis. Hinihintay mo yung delivery tapos aalisan ka. Di ba nila alam ang importansya na maihatid nila agad ang package sa may ari? Sana lahat ng rider may LOAD ang mga celphone para makapag inform nang maayos. Para hindi TAMAD makipag communicate.

i feel you po. sakin din, wala po daw ako sa lugar ng delivery di man lang nag text o tumawag. every minute kong chini-check ang phone ko pero umabot na ang gabi wala pa ring delivery, tapos pag track ko sa product "return to the seller initiated" na.

Omg! I have the same experience! How can we repost this? I have made an order on a certain shop and this already happened for like 3x already and on the 4th time, it says that delivery failed and refuse to accept daw ung item, seriously? Wala man lng nakarating sa bahay namen even wala man lng text or call. Grabe this is so frustrating tlga! Ugh!

Same experience. XPOST Integrated notified me that my package is up for delivery yesterday. I asked my colleagues to receive it but nobody came. I looked up my order status and now it says failed delivery because consignee is not available. Wow!

I thought I was the only one. I don't know what to feel right now because it was my 2nd time experiencing such thing with the same courier company which is LBC together with XPost. They have the poorest service of all compared to ninja van, 2G0 express, JRS express and many more. I can say this confidently base on my experiences. LBC is the only courier company which disappoints me every time. Imagine they don't care if they delay delivering our packages for almost 7 days and they can't even manage to call you first before they set the status of your delivery to "out of delivery zone" and "returned to origin". LBC should not tolerate their lazy staffs.

Same here based sa tracking pag ka recieve sa area the very next day nakalagay na delivery failed at wala manlang akong narecieve na tawag that day.the next day maytumawag balang sakin na iniinform ako na nirereturn na nila yung parcel ko.
I told her na ako nalang kukuha sa office /bodega etc. Nila then sabi sakin hndi ko na pwedi kunin ire order ko nalang daw😑

At ngayon naman nung 12 pa narecieve sa area pero hanggang ngayon wala padin.. 3 deliveries from J&T na narecieve ko partida mas nahuli ko pang na order to tapos mas nauna pa sa Xpost
